House was very clean and great location. The home was well furnished (plenty of towels, cookware, etc) and pool/spa were great! If we have the opportunity to go back to Kona, we will definitely stay here again.
The property was in great shape. Only minor issue was some dust on the floorboards, but my wife is very sensitive to dust. She loved the place though.My brother's family and friends family stayed close by and we played several rounds of golf, barbecued at the house and had a great time. Would have liked to have used the bikes but they were too small.
Very well equipped kitchen and property. Suited our family very well. Appreciated the snorkel, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other equipment available to fully enjoy the local beaches. The pool (no need to heat) and spa was a big hit with the pool guy maintaining on a regular basis. High chair and pack and play were perfect for our needs. Communication was easy and timely.
Family of 5 plus 2 adults. Very comfortable, beautiful grounds, pool does not need to be heated, it's plenty warm and the hot tub is actually hot. Very good stay, great value.

The four bedroom unit was excellent for our entire family. Beautiful situation close to all the amenities and beaches that we love so much. Both grandsons spent an average of six hours every day in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommended!
We had the best time visiting our 49th state with our family!! One toddler and 7 adults enjoyed this spacious home and all its amenities. The 4 bedrooms are large with 2 of them leading right to the beautiful back yard/pool area. Our grandson really enjoyed the space to run and we all enjoyed the pool/spa. With the large open concept, we were all able to be together for meals and watching g football. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and a stocked kitchen. It was absolutely perfect for us!! Quick communication with Mike, we didn’t have any issues at all. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

The home was perfect for the week. Great house amenities plus plenty of beach items. The house is close to the resort areas yet it is on a very quiet street. If visiting the Big Island , this is a great place to stay. The owners made everything seemless and welcoming.

The property was just as pictured, beautiful and modern. There was more than enough room for our group of 8 to each feel like we had our own space. The Lanai and pool area were the perfect places to start the day, rewind after island adventures, or to relax in the sun. The property managers were all I could hope for, attentive, helpful, and prepared. Our group loved our time on the Big Island and are dreaming about our next chance to return to this wonderful property.
First of all Mike is an excellent host. We had a small problem with the front door and he fixed it immediately. There was no iron or ironing board when we came in and he provided one that day. All of our communications leading up to our state were excellent. The house is beautiful. We were four couples and we each had our own space. The pool area was spectacular with views of Mauna Kea and surrounding areas. Just a short drive from anything that we needed. Hapuna Beach is nearby and that was spectacular. We made day trips to Volcanoes National Park into the peak of Mauna Kea as well as a visit to Kona brewing company and Greenwell Farms Coffee. Excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. But the best part was waking up each morning to the sunrise and just lounging by the pool when we could. This was an absolutely perfect trip.
Waikoloa has always been my favorite place on the Big Island. The home is spacious and perfectly situated near the Kings and Queens plazas. The walking exercise is just the right amount to justify eating the delectable treats available. It's a very private and peaceful home with an amazing view of the night stars for gazing. In short, loved it.
An absolutely perfectly home for the 6 of us. We loved everything about this home. Spacious and extraordinarily clean. The pool and hot tub were used constantly and eating outside was perfection.
