Alii Lani is located off of Alii Drive. It's just a short drive from Downtown Kona, which is loaded with shops and restaurants. Many of Kona's best beaches are located along Alii Drive. If you head south, you'll end up in Keauhou, where you'll find even more great restaurants and shopping. Several grocery stores are located between these two areas.
We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

House rules:
1. Make sure the parking pass is clearly displayed in the lower left of your windshield.
2. Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time and refrain from loud talking, music, or other noise.
3. Please refrain from using the lanai during quiet hours and remember to shut off all lanai lighting by 10 PM.
4. NO PARTIES. The unit has a limited occupancy. Only guests on the rental agreement may stay overnight in the unit and hosting of parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Be sure to turn off all lights, fans and air conditioning when leaving the home or any unoccupied room.
6. All guests must register with the Alii Lani Management Office upon check-in. If you are arriving after the offices hours please register first thing the following morning.
