Rental Overview

Located at 1800 feet above sea level, this unit stays cool all day. It is surrounded by our lush and green property. It is quiet, tranquil, and the view is beautiful! This studio is fully furnished. We can even arrange access to a 2016 Lexus ES300H for an additional monthly fee.

This studio features a queen size, Casper, mattress; a couch; a storage ottoman/coffee table; a desk; a closet/shelf; storage cubes; a 58" smart tv; fully functional kitchen with all utensals; a Roomba; and so much more.

You have your own washer and dryer, that are outside, as is the shower. The shower is private and nobody can see you from anywhere on or off the property.
