Conveniently located across the street from Magic's Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magic's Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
View and Privacy: Large and private lanai with mountain/ocean views, and during winter months (around winter solstice) a beautiful and direct sunset view. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, hi-speed WIFI, phone (free calls to the US and Canada), flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, central air conditioning, and laundry. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed; the Primary bathroom has a shower, and the guest's bathroom has a shower and a tub.
This top floor unit is located in the Kuakini building, set behind the other two in White Sands Village. Therefore, in addition to providing beautiful views, it offers privacy and a gentle ocean breeze. Wake up with some Kona coffee and watch the sunrise from the lanai! During winter months, watch a full sunset from the privacy of your patio, or walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach! It is also a large unit -- 1030 sqft with a 200 sqft lanai. It's just a few steps further to the beach than the other buildings, but we think it's worth it :)
The complex has a saltwater pool across from the beach, hot tub, outdoor barbecue area, pickleball and tennis courts (4 pickleball rackets at balls are provided in the unit). The grounds are well-tended and include beautiful palm trees, many-flowered plants, and a large number of tropical birds. The perfect place to enjoy all Hawaii has to offer!! There are two covered parking spots below the unit.
This unit is located on Ali'i Drive, just 2 miles south of Kona town, and one mile north of Kahalu'u Beach (aka Snorkel Beach), and 2 miles north of Keauhou for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. From this fantastic central location on the Big Island of Hawaii, you can visit the Volcano, golf courses, coffee farms, and all of the many attractions that make Hawaii a favorite destination.
Accessibility: Please note that the elevator goes to the third floor, and then there is a set of 10 small steps to access the unit.

This was an excellent location for our family of five with three teenagers. The waves at Magic Sands got pretty wild, but we heard that was mostly to do with the impending storm. It was a great location. Super close to a great snorkeling location and wave jumping was a blast. Super cute restaurant close for incredible eats and even better views. Condo was well stocked and they were super accommodating when the storm hit and we needed to extend our stay and have someone help us out after the extended power outage.
Condo is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Beds are especially comfortable. Ocean was visible from the lanai. A nice public beach was a short walk across the street. Pool and BBQ area is very nice and a great place to congregate. Would highly recommend this unit.
The stay and location was fabulous! Came with all sorts of beach stuff for our kiddo! Would definitely stay again.

The condo is clean enough but could definitely use some updating. The location is excellent and the condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and coolers. Would stay here again
He had a great experience at this property - was exactly as shown in the online phots and was very well stocked in the kitchen and had everything you needed to go to the beach. Only thing i would suggest is to have the main be updated as we found it a tad uncomfortable. would stay here again!
Kitchen is well stocked, beds comfy, all the towels you need. the sunset view from the balcony is relaxing. walk to the beach and to Magics was so easy with kids! Drive to town was easy.
We loved everything about the property. It was very well located, across from a beach and near a main snorkeling area. We watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony and there was a lovely ocean view as well. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
Great place, very clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Had some drain issues in main bath but husband was able to fix. I wish it was a little closer to the beach and had a little better ocean view, but overall felt like a good value. Could use a few more beach towels.
Couldn’t hear the traffic a bit, awesome ocean view from the lanai. Beaches within walking distance were beautiful, but pretty rough for inexperienced swimmers. Pool was lovely for relaxing adults, but not intended for noisy/excitable kids playing, fyi. The condo was impressively clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
