Welcome to 222 White Sands Village! Ideally situated just steps from Magic Sands Beach and La‘aloa Beach Park, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers partial ocean views from both the spacious lanai and bedrooms. 5-night minimum stay required.
The Space:
Located directly across the street from Magic Sands Beach and La'aloa Beach Park, enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with ocean, pool, and mountain views from the large lanai and both bedrooms. The unit features a King Size bed in the master, twin beds in the second bedroom (can be converted to King upon request at time of reservation, for a small fee), 49" Samsung Smart TV (access your Amazon, Netflix, Hulu accounts) in living room and a Smart TV in master, high speed Internet, Wi-Fi, attractive island furnishings and artwork, ample lanai furniture, an assortment of beach supplies for your use, and a well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, toaster, cocktail shaker, rice cooker, and slow cooker).
White Sands Village’s property amenities include pool, hot tub, sundeck and restrooms, BBQs and entertainment cabana, - two sport courts marked for tennis and pickleball (2 tennis racquets and a pickleball set provided), a sauna and an outdoor pool table. There is a Bikeshare Kona rental rack just north of the Property and the Kona Trolley stops at the park. Magic’s Beach Grill is oceanfront across the street for a nice meal or drinks out. It also has a coffee and pastry counter open in the morning.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!
Other condo amenities include central Air-Conditioning, ceiling fans, stacked washer/dryer, lots of cookware, dishwasher, 1 reserved parking space and keyless entry. The master bath has a tiled shower, and the guest bath has tub and shower. There is an elevator, but 222 is a half flight up, so is not wheelchair accessible.
The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.
Smoking of any kind — including vaping — is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This is a very strict policy and will be enforced without exception. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.

The condo was clean. The lanai was fabulous and spacious. Kitchen well-stocked. View was great! Easy to check-in and when we called with an issue it was dealt with quickly and professionally!
This was a lovely unit, clean and quiet, with a nice balcony for outdoor dining. Location was amazing, close to the beach and a short drive to many island attractions. The complex is well maintained and downstairs bbq was easy and available.
Amazing location and stay!! Having AC on the island is rare and a gem! We loved being able to walk across the street to the beautiful beach. The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath, with easy access to the pool sauna and other property amenities. Definitely recommend and such a great stay! Only thing to note is that finding the right parking spot and the exactly unit can be tricky at first (there are 2 drive way entrances), so a map ahead of check in would be helpful. Read the notes /instructions posted inside the unit , they are helpful!
We loved staying at this beautiful property. It felt like home immediately. The location is great - right across from Magic Sands beach. The kids enjoyed taking the provided boogie boards down there. Amenities including pool and tennis courts were great, and we appreciated having access to a parking spot. The views from the lanai were balm for the soul. We would love to stay here again.
The condo was nicely decorated and well organized, inviting and comfortable. Sunsets were beautiful!
The property and location was everything and more than the website stated. Wonderful accommodations and location, would highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in WSV #222. Comes with everything you will need. We loved our bed. Nice view of the waves at the beach. Wonderful pool which we used daily as the high surf kept local beaches closed during most of our stay. KTA and Walmart are great places for groceries. I left a note that the chargeable vacuum would not turn on. Enjoy the gecko and birds that visited our lanai. The residents here are lovely people and enjoy meeting visitors. You will have covered parking in 222. Elevator here but you still walk up a half flight of stairs regardless. All in all this is a lovely place to stay.
We stayed for a week. Perfect being across from Magic Sands beach. The place has chairs, a big umbrella and beach toys.
Thought it would be nice to be close to the beach. However, it was just too busy. Probably would not stay here again.
This is a fantastic condo. But I would not stay here again because the booking process with Grand Welcome is a nightmare. They force you to use a service called "superhog" which did not work. They force you to send in copies of your ID. Then never got back to me. It took me 11 emails and several phone calls for superhog and Grand Welcome to finally accept me as a guest. Outrageous.
At first we were a little concerned with the area (only to find out it’s great - just weathered a bit). Once walking inside, it was awesome! Great setup, plenty of thoughtful things left to help us, and even a small gift to welcome us. It was an 11!
