Welcome to White Sands Village, # 216! Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully air-conditioned condo. Located just across the street from Magic Sands beach, along the iconic Alii Drive, this new, completely remodeled condo has all the amenities you could need! Smart TVs, high-speed internet, workstation, ocean and beach views, and more!
Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
Upon entering unit 216, you will see the bedrooms on each side. To the right, the guest bedroom with brand new twin beds (can be made into a king bed, upon request), smart tv, and plenty of room to unwind. The primary bedroom features a stunning ensuite, a brand-new king bed, smart tv, and a tranquil bathroom and shower. From the bedrooms to the communal area, you will love the beach-chic serenity. After the guest bathroom in the hallway, you will reach the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, and cookware. It opens to a breakfast nook and the dining area. Unwind while on the couch after a long day or run your business remotely from the workstation. You will want to spend your evenings watching the sunset on the private lanai. Watch the waves crash on the beach and enjoy the shade after a long day of adventures.
Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor. There is also a set of steps to take you from the elevator to the unit making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not childproof. This home has central AC.
As of 6/4/23 air conditioning is under maintenance for approximately 6-8 weeks as we are awaiting parts.
***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. We are sorry for any inconvenience.***
**The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La'aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We spent a week at this condo. The location was so great! It is literally right across the street from magic sand beach. We walked over to the beech and when we were done, there is a hose provided to rinse off before going to the condo. There were beach chairs, snorkels, fins, and umbrellas for use. They also had beach towels available. The condo was clean and plenty spacious for the four of us. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor community kitchen area was a nice bonus. The only negative we had during our stay was the air conditioning was not working properly. The management team was quick to dispatch a repair company and they had it functioning properly in short order. Overall a great stay!
This had to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. So cute and everything was organized and worked perfectly. On the historic Ali’i drive close to cute shops and food. Definitely eat at Da Poke Shack and Black Rock pizza.
The place & location was great. The condo is beautiful & furnished nice. Beds are very comfortable. Nicely equipped for the beach. Definitely would stay & recommend this condo again.

The location is close to Ali'i drive and the beach, and it has a nice ocean view from the large back deck. The building layout is a bit odd, with stairs required when using the elevator. The inside is nicely updated, and very well equipped for cooking, bathing, laundry, and going to the beach. Beach gear includes plenty of chairs, a nice umbrella, small and large coolers, two snorkel masks, and more. The beds are decently comfortable and there are many fans available. The pool/hot tub area is very nice. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, which we loved.We were notified a few days before our stay that the A/C would be out for our entire stay. There was some time-consuming haggling about the discount we would get, but we agreed to stay here and it was a pleasant stay. With working A/C, I'd give it 5 stars.

So nice to have a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and utensils and to have a washer and dryer available. Was so happy to find a reasonable supply of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We enjoyed walking to the beach across the street (although the surf is quite rough for little ones there so make sure you check out the keiki beaches) and loved using the pool. It was a great home base for our exploration of the Big Island.
