The condo was very clean, comfortable & beautifully appointed for our family of five. We had plenty of room to spread out & enjoyed relaxing on the lanai after a day at the beach. It had many amenities, including a cute little coffee bar, modern washer, dryer & the AC worked great! To find everything we needed for the beach, including boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, snorkels & fins, made our stay here even more delightful! Situated right across the street from the magical Magic Sands beach, makes this location a winner!
The place was a little small but worked great for our family of four, in a very quiet neighborhood that was really nice for sleeping and comfortable.
Thank you for opening up your space to my family and allowing up to call this gem home for the long weekend! When we arrived my family and I had so much fun exploring and finding all the amenities around the home-- all ohhs, ahhs, and awws. We had breakfast outside on the patio and dinner as a family around the dining room table. The cleaners have a great eye for detail; the home was very tidy when we arrived, looked just like the photos. Thank you for the memories!
Great condo for a small family.
This condo was perfect! Had everything we needed!! It’s a beautiful property! We loved it! We would definitely come again!
Excellent, except the tennis courts were non existant. The property was advertised showing tennis courts.
We had terrible communication with the with host. We did not receive check in information despite calls, texts, and emails. Thankfully VRBO was able to get ahold of them after we landed to connect us with the host to get the door code information. We arrived and the condo had not been cleaned all the laundry was sitting in the bathroom and the beds were not made. The last thing we wanted to do after a long stressful day is make the beds. I messaged the host and did receive a reply saying sorry however no cleaners ever came. No offer to compensate us for having to make our own beds and clean the condo. This place is wonderful and has everything you need. Very family friendly. I just wish that we had a better check in experience or at least compensated a little a bit for the inconvenience we experienced upon arrival.
Very Clean, right across from a gorgeous beach, easy parking spot, comfy beds, VERY well stocked condo, can’t say enough at how great this place was. Perfect for our family of four and all the additional amenities (stocked kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, etc) were sooo awesome to have available. Will definitely stay here again! This is a great property, the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom is great (the shower head doesn’t work as of Sept 2023). The washer/drier is top shelf and needs to have the filter cleaned (will leave everything smelling like mold). The kitchen appliances are all new or new-ish. The location is perfect and even has covered assigned parking! It is obvious that the owners like this property and probably stay there on occasion because of the upgrades in the master suite. The guest bedroom has two twins that are uncomfortable but ok for kids. The sliding doors to the spacious lanai has locks that are broken and will lock you out, so be cautious when shutting the doors. But definitely go out there because it’s amazing. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay again.
The location is quite lovely; With white sand beach across the street. Walmart for shopping is minutes away. The guest binder has so much information in it and was quite valuable. It’s a first floor unit with parking under the building at ground level. There are stairs to first floor. The grounds are beautiful and there a pool/hot tub with loungers. It never felt crowded. The unit was beyond my expectations for items available for use. Kitchen spices, provisions and gadgets. There is an entire closet full of beach gear to use as well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens and bonus washer and dryer for use. That part alone was fantastic! Thank you for a comfortable and safe home base as we explored this beautiful island!
We had a great stay at Mike/Cher’s condo! Tons of space for our family and this place has everything you need! We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our longer stay. The pool and bbq area was a great way to end the day with the family. There’s a dedicated parking spot that’s covered so it’s good to keep the car in the shade during the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook and there was plenty of counter space to prep. The A/C worked great in the hot summer months and the washer dryer in unit was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
