Waterfront Spacious Home near Beach & Hiking. Family Friendly w/Boat Dock & Pool

I visit my family in Hawaii for 5 weeks a year. Over the past 10 years this property and its owners are by far top notch. I will recommend this unit to friends and family. My thanks to them for allowing us to stay in their beautiful unit.

It was a beautiful view of a lake and Koko Marina across the other side with a couple of great restaurants. Very family friendly with nice pool only a very short walking distance that my son and daughter in-law enjoyed. Three beaches a few minutes from there and they have lots of beach items in the closet to use. The kitchen was well stocked with any utinsil, pots and pans, dinerware, and even many condiments for your use. Alan and Erin were great hosts even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. I had an accident while visiting and had to leave a bit early but they were very nice and called to check on me. So, yes I definitely recommend staying at their beautiful home.

Our family had a great stay at Alan and Erin's place in Hawaii Kai. This townhome on the Marina is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a well appointed place in a convenient location. We had a perfect stay and we thank Alan and Erin for being super easy to communicate with. Mahalo!

Great waterfront property. Quiet and private. Best VRBO hosts we have ever dealt with, very accommodating. Sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and meals with that gorgeous view is a highlight. The house is spacious and owner provides all beach supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with cooking basics. Brand new outdoor grill on lanai. Near to shopping, restaurants and Hanauma Bay. We will stay here again!

Great relaxing home, away from the big city but close enough for all touring !

Great location and view right on the water. The house is spacious and very well stocked. We cooked/barbecued quite a bit and had everything we needed. Mornings on the patio with coffee is a must. The hosts are exceptional and very easy to work with. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will stay here again.

Our favorite thing about this place was our gorgeous view, both from the living/dining area and the master bedroom. The whole area was picturesque and safe for walking. Amenities, such as restaurants, and grocery stores even the renowned Hanauma Bay were close by, or a short car ride away. Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating and queries were answered by text, in minutes. The 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and large living space made living with 6 people, of 3 generations possible. We appreciated being in a quiet area, yet only about half an hour away from Waikiki/downtown area. If Honolulu is your destination, we would recommend this place to stay!

We had a great stay, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a feel of Hawaii life. The owners are fantastic, communicate well and handle concerns quickly. There are three bedrooms upstairs and plenty of room downstairs. Only the master bedroom has A/C but it does cool the room quickly. The other two bedrooms have fans which were fine when we stayed in December. The back sliding doors open to a large grassy shared area which rarely had people on it. This was a great view through the day. The community is basically a private island with one entrance and a tight group of residents. This friendly group made us feel safe and welcome. The pool is literally a two minute walk, and we went almost every day. We had the pool to ourselves 9/10 times we went. We also loved the sunsets in the pool. Hawaii Kai is a great spot to vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants, stores, groceries, and even five minutes from Costco.
