Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was exactly what my family needed. Clean, modern, amazing views, and all the amenities you need from a hotel, but in an apartment. We'll definitely be back!
First of all let me say the entire staff at this property went above and beyond to tend to us from the moment we arrived til the moment we left. Mahalo for incredible hospitality! There were a few small things that could use improvement. First, the online description was totally inaccurate, the room we received was not the upgraded room shown on the website. We were upgraded to a higher floor ,but at the cost of an older, non upgraded room. The living room was very dark, with only one small sofa. There are 3 of us, sometimes more when guests came and we had to sit on the floor or bring in the outdoor furniture in from the outside. Second, the winds are very loud and kept us up all night in the main bedroom. This was due to the windows not sealing correctly. Third, the shower had no place to put anything inside of it such as soap, toiletries etc. It had a one inch ledge which we awkardly used to put stuff on. Could be easily remedied by installing a modular rack or something. Lastly, I asked a question to the property manager through the VRBO website and never received a response. No one reached out aside from the automated confirmation emails. All in all, we had a lot of fun and would probably stay here again. But for 700+ bucks per night we expected some of the small details to be ironed out.
