This 21st floor condo has amazing views of Waikiki, the Ocean, and is only a few short blocks from the beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen comes with a large marble island complete with 4 stools for your dining pleasure. Take advantage of relaxing in this condo's spacious living area that includes a cable tv, a great pull-out sofa, and an island style lounge chair. The lanai has a table with chairs for you to enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you take in the fresh ocean air!
This unit has a great bedroom with a king-sized memory foam mattress in the bedroom and an amazing view of the water. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The beautiful bathroom right off the bedroom includes a detachable shower head for your comfort and ease. There is a privacy door between the sink and toilet/bath area. This bathroom is designed perfectly to wash away all the sand and ocean after you get back from a great day spent at the world-famous Waikiki Beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Koko Resorts offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent. The property manager was wonderful! They were great! In every way possible they were accommodating and cheerful and I give them the highest praise imaginable. Personally, I'd like to say thank you to Sydney who is a great person to talk to. However, the condo was cockroach infested and dirty. Roaches were literally walking over my computer and clothing not to mention me one night. By dirty I mean dusty and food was under furniture. Which may have led to the cockroaches. The sliding door didn't open completely and the furniture was so old it was painful to sit on.
Airconditioner flooded balcony my husband swept water from coming in the room, frig from 1980, tub rusted out! Ask for extra blanket and coffee creamer never got it
The condo was within walking distance to the beach and shopping district. The condo itself met our needs of a place to eat, shower and sleep. The host was responsive regarding the sofa bed (springy). The blinds are broken as is the sliding door and maintenance said that they couldn’t fix either when they came out. We figured out how to open the sliding door without it jumping the track every time. The building is outdated and hallways not the cleanest and the elevators are terribly slow (several days only one was working); the hot tubs weren’t completely filled with water and they were lukewarm as well as in pretty poor condition so after waiting for them to empty out of all of the kids it wasn’t even worth it to use. All of that said, the view from the balcony and bedroom were amazing & the garage parking being included was convenient.
My kids loved that it was walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and the free parking was huge help. There were lots of free parking. Perfect size for a family of 5 and room for more. My teenager was happy with the air bed that was provided as she got her own bed.
Website indicates washer and dryer as amenities leading one to believe they are in-unit. The site does not mention they are actually pay-for-use located on each floor. The bathroom has an odor that seems to be emanating from a leaky (rusty) bathtub drain. The microwave oven was inoperable but the property managers quickly provided a new replacement. The Waikiki Banyan is conveniently located a block from the beach and walking distance to many attractions. A great feature is the free parking; not found at most accommodations.
