The place was exactly what we expected. Parking was great. The pool was great. The view was great. Enjoyed using the bbq grills for most of our dinners. The amenities were spot on. The location was perfect for all of our adventures and everything we wanted to do. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it’s right above the laundry room and when you’re sitting in the balcony that’s what you hear from dinner until after 8 pm :( and during the last 48 hours of our stay there was a constant alarm going off behind the laundry room that never stopped beeping. When I mentioned it to the onsite manager he didn’t even respond. So I dunno what that’s about. All in all it was a really nice stay outside of the last two days.

The ocean was visible from my lanai.

We woke up the first morning to a view of the ocean across the courtyard which was absolutely stunning. The proximity to shops, restaurants, gym, coffee, ice cream, church was outstanding. The beach is a short walk down the street and actually has some shaded areas to sit and watch the water and relax in the afternoon. Overall, a fantastic place!

It had everything we needed (full kitchen even had plastic storage for leftovers, a lemon juicer, a tote of beach equipment, beach chairs and umbrella, things I didn’t expect!) and more. Our hostess Martha was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making sure our stay was top notch! Would stay here again, 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time visiting Maui and I was not disappointed. The condo is lovely, clean and walking distance to the beach,restaurants , stores and groceries The only issue was a kerfuffle in communication and having me confused with another client. Once I actually spoke to Martha, it was fine. I would stay here again!

Great little condo in Kihei with everything you need! We enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of different (and affordable) restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention the beach area just steps from the door. Beautiful sunset view (complete with sea turtles)! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, down to beach supplies (chairs, towels, boogie board, snorkels, flippers, etc). The location and proximity to excellent snorkeling was great, but I deducted one star because the area immediately around the condo building(s) felt a little sketchy (most likely because of the church next door as a gathering place for unhoused members of the community - no judgment, just a number of people on the street around that area).Overall, highly recommend.

We really appreciated all the beach gear included in the rental and the apartment was nice and had a partial ocean view from the balcony. The only weird part is the building is shaped in a way that the units all look into each other so if you’re looking for a very private apartment, I wouldn’t book here.

Every evening take a few short steps to an amazing sunset while you prepare dinner at the outdoor bbque area, complete with multiple grills to accommodate all the new friends you'll meet there.We were there during a very busy whale season and you could see whales breaching and playing in the water right off the coastline of the property.Our host Martha is extremely generous and very kind. Always available and wanting you to have the best experience. We will definitely be back.

This was a great place to stay. Short walk to beach and miles of sand to walk either North or South. We did not rent a car but public transport is very close. Great restaurants just .2 miles away and a large supermarket just .1 miles away. Condo was excellent, clean modern.

The condo is located on a beautiful, relatively quiet stretch of beach that we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is also great. Only issue - The condo is not really air-conditioned - two stand-alone units; one in the bedroom works fine but is noisy. We ended up opening the windows and enjoying the breeze through the apartment and were rarely too warm, even being from Alaska. If we did get warm, the AC unit would bring down the temp a bit in the living area.

Property was clean, quiet and in a great location. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Truly and amazing condo in a beautiful location. Martha was a phenomenal host and checked in via text with us a couple days after arriving. The condo has absolutely everything you need for a Maui vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, kids beach toys and beach towels. The pool was big, clean and warm! Thank you again, Martha!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought B-208 was a very clean and well looked after unit and the management (Martha) was very good to deal with. The beach here is not as nice as those further south and the water is not as clear either. We've been to Maui 2 times now and are finding that we are getting too many negative reactions from some angry (mostly young) locals which is causing us to think perhaps of another location to vacation. (Specifically we heard: "Get off the road!", "Get off the *@!ing road", got the finger from one guy who thought we didn't pull over soon enough to let him by (when there was no place), and worst of all: on a very narrow bit of road around west maui we had a local speed up and drive right at us on our side of the road with the expectation that we would swerve into the rock wall beside us - it was a miracle that he managed to get past us without hitting us or going off the road! The Aloha seems to be diminishing unfortunately.
