This is our 2nd Floor, Ocean view condo. There is a condo above this unit. You have a designated parking spot directly in front of the condo. Please check below for our cancellation policy and late check out policy.
We also have a 3rd Floor Unit. VRBO listing 442242. Our dream came true when we purchased this second floor, double master bedroom condo in beautiful Wailea. We've rented Maui condos for years and have found that nothing compares to the lush tropical setting of the Grand Champion Villas. We have been disappointed a few times with units that seemed stripped down to just the bare essentials. We set this unit up to offer exactly what we would expect a condo to offer for the utmost enjoyment and comfort. When we purchased this unit, it was our desire to make it one of the nicest condos in the complex. We feel we have succeeded by doing just that. Our kitchen has new stainless appliances as well as an air fryer. This is a lock off style condo with two entry doors as well as front and back stairs. Each bedroom has a king bed (not two twins) and each bathroom features an elegant vessel sink and newly tiled showers. A recent client told us this condo was nicer than any of the top resorts on Maui. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large double lanai or enjoy the 50' flatscreen TV in the living room. We provide free cable TV and high speed internet. Each bedroom offers top of the line Tommy Bahama bedding and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Thick, plush Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each bath. We stocked the main kitchen with brand new dishes, and glassware as well as everything you could possibly need. Each master bedroom has a TV and its own A/C unit. There is a third A/C in the living room, but we suggest you enjoy the wonderful Maui breezes. We've just installed new screen doors that allow the tropical breezes to flow through. This condo offers the much sought after lock out feature which provides a separate entry door into the second master bedroom. This second master bedroom has a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. The second entry door allows two couples to share the unit but still have extra privacy. We've also included beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for your beach enjoyment. Best of all, we have a on sight condo manager should you have a problem with anything. The Grand Champions Villas is an upscale award winning resort complex located in the heart of Wailea on Wailea's Old Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club. This world-class complex has two crystal-clear heated swimming pools, hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, and gorgeous lush tropical gardens and flowers throughout. Just a short stroll away is the elegant Shops of Wailea with numerous popular restaurants like the Tommy Bahama Cafe to choose from. You are walking distance to Wailea's beautiful swimming beaches and a spectacular paved walking path that borders Wailea's five star hotels. Enjoy the restaurants and spas at the Grand Wailea, The Four Seasons Resort and Kea Lani Resort. Kihei Town is just a few miles away if you're looking for a more laid back, casual shopping and dining area. Please check out our pictures below. Be sure to check availability on our calendar. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Late Check Outs: We have to schedule cleaning at the time of your booking and we are not able to reschedule cleaners once you arrive. We can not approve any late check outs when new guests are arriving on your departure date.
If you have a later flight, please book an extra night. This will allow you to enjoy your day without having to carry your luggage around. You can come in and shower before heading to the airport.

This is a beautiful condo. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The host are very attentive to your needs. The property is very well maintained and has nice amenities
The moment we entered we felt at home, location was an added advantage. The host was very helpful in answering all our questions and requests. The house had everything you can think of, the decor was fabulous, bed and accessories were of top quality. This house will be another reason to get back to Maui for another vacation. Must stay place if you are planning to visit Maui.
Quaint little Hawaiian condo with distant ocean views. Check in process was easy, host’s communication was timely and helpful and location was ideal for us loving the Wailea area without the Wailea accommodation prices!

Everything was as listed - even cozier with Sherri and Bills fun Maui Island decor !Bed was SOOOOOO COMFY!!Kitchen had IT ALL plus some extras we really appreciated! Love the coffee maker too -Mahalo for adding to our return experience ( only hitch that’s truly unavoidable with a floor above us … was the early morning thumping of excited children running back and forth every day at 3-5 am ). But not something that can be helped
We stayed in this exceptional condo that had a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. Pictures were accurate. Excellent customer service from the owner and property managers. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we really appreciated the beach chairs when we went to the beach for the amazing sunsets. We highly recommend this place!
Picked this spot for its location to the resort that held a continuing education for my work. Very nice facility, dedicated parking spot. Met our needs and will try to return if we return to the area. Next time, I will try for their 3rd floor location, just a bit better view of the ocean.
Lovely condo in Wailea, which was even better than the description. The condo has two master bedrooms separated by the living area; a great layout that offers privacy for each room. The owners were not kidding when they said they supplied everything you could possibly need or want in a vacation rental, even down to having ice packs in the freezer for the coolers. The only item I couldn't find was a pen! ;) The condo is quality-everything; design, appliances, furniture, towels, bedding, etc. It is clearly a home and not simply a rental with the bare necessities. Location is fantastic for shops, restaurants, and beaches of Wailea. I have stayed in a lot of vacation houses and this one tops them all. I would definitely recommend this home and rebook it the next time we're in Maui.
spotless, spacious, well appointed condo in very nice complex , great location in south maui, had everything one could need from the stocked kitchen to generous beach gear (chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/towels/coolers/etc) helpful hosts, would be happy to stay again
Great location to beaches, shops and restaurants. Nice 2 bedroom, with adequate kitchen. Beds were comfortable, living room nice. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Quick suggestion, the phone number in vbro for manager is not correct. No unit # was given before checkin so was confusing when we arrived. Host answer message quickly once contacted.
We love this condo. This is our 3rd time staying here. The condo is very clean, quiet and has everything we need. We will stay here again.
This was a great find in Maui. Morning views of the ocean, and short drives to multiple beaches made this a great place to just enjoy the island. I had a small issue when we first checked in and owner responded immediately. Then the person who came to fix the issue gave great suggestions on the best beaches. Saw more turtles swimming at the beaches then during our snorkeling. This place made Maui so enjoyable - looking forward already to going back.
