Guests will fall in love with Wailea's beautiful lushness while enjoying a charming well-designed hideaway. We have considered every detail to provide the most effortlessly luxurious stay possible. With beaches nearby and two pools onsite, this island paradise has everything and more.
The Space:
Welcome to Wailea Luxury Hilltop Resort Vista. The newest addition to The Vistas Vacations of Maui's family of stylish and luxury condos in Kihei and Wailea. We want you to feel at home the moment you step inside. Our condo is located at desirable and posh Wailea Ekolu, a community nestled on the green lush slopes of Wailea. Conveniently positioned adjacent to many fine restaurants, cafes, and The Shops of Wailea a short walk away. The white and golden sand beaches of Wailea perfect to spend the whole day relaxing under the sun, or catch the most amazing sunsets. The property amenities include two pools, several BBQ grills and is within walking distance to many restaurants. Surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds swaying with palm and plumeria trees. This slice of paradise offers a local and relaxed environment, maintaining a vibrant community. Take a breath and experience Aloha!
Our condo features high speed internet and WiFi, a 70 inch Smart TV with your favorite streaming apps and local cable.
Our fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, blender, baking ware, French press, Keurig with K-cups provided, high end cookware, and all utensils including everything you need to BBQ. Dine inside at our beautiful live wood edge dining table with room for 4 or enjoy your meal on the lanai and lose yourself in the view. The oversized sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper when needed to comfortably sleep four. The master suite is fit for a king! A stunning king size bed with direct ocean views. The condo has two full bathrooms. Additional pillows and bed linens are provided. For your comfort, we offer both memory foam and regular pillows. We provide fluffy bath, hand, and face towels to pair with our spa-inspired bathrooms. Heading to the beach? Grab the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler to help make sure your time on the sand is relaxing. The washer and dryer are inside the unit. Parking is provided at no charge.

Parking onsite Is provided at no charge. We recommend renting a car to explore all that Maui has to offer.
The Neighborhood:
Wailea is a high-end planned community where there are a plethora of dining options, shopping and world-class beaches. The Four Seasons Hotel, The Fairmont, The Andaz and the Grand Wailea are just around the corner.
Getting Around:
There are several restaurants and beaches within walking distance however we always recommend renting a car to visit all of what our amazing island has to offer.
Other Things to Note:
Our baby essentials are provided through Nokaoi Baby Rentals. Please visit their website at nakoibabyrentals to arrange your rental. You will pay them directly for the rental and they will deliver the item to your unit.
Please be advised that personal package deliveries such as Amazon etc- are not permitted, unless under medical emergency and with advance approval.
We recognize the importance of a good night's sleep. We use the same mattresses as the Four Season Resort for extra comfort and rest. The "Pillow Bar" has three types of pillows for guests to choose from that cover possible allergies and softness preferences.
Communication is one of our strong points. Our team is happy to offer suggestions on all things Maui. Vistas Vacations guests receive complimentary concierge tips on places to see and experience on the island and our team is on hand to offer any information during their stay. Our 5-star ratings speak to this.

The condo is very nice and was stocked with everything we needed for the trip. It’s very walkable to several resorts, restaurants, and the Shops at Wailea. The balcony has incredible ocean views.

View was amazing. Wished it was a tad closer to the beach but still loved it.
Everything about this unit was amazing! It has fabulous views of the ocean and sunsets. The furnishing are so new and nice, and everything is super clean. The host Aaron responds to your questions in a short amount of time. Its also close to really good restaurants and shops. Awesome time!!

As soon as we walked in the door we fell in love with this property. It is absolutely beautiful! Everything was new and so clean. The property has been remodeled and all the finishes felt high end. The condo had everything we needed and more for our stay. The view was even better than the picture. We watched the sunset every night from the lanai. The location is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The complex was very quiet and was so close to the pool. Aaron our host was extremely responsive, and we were even greeted with treats.We have stayed in several places in Wailea, and this is by far one of our favorites! We would love to stay here again next year! We highly recommend Aaron's property.
