A perfect way to stay in Maui! Gorgeous and spacious townhouse in a perfect location. Great views, an easy walk to restaurants, coffee, golf and the pool at your doorstep. The home is very clean and one of the most well stocked units we’ve rented. Our family would love to come back. Mahalo David & family for hosting us!

This place is excellent. It is super clean, stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and towels, and abundant (all the supplies you need). Our family of five (14yo; 13yo; 9yo) stayed very comfortably with two large rooms and plenty of space for all of us. The beds are very comfortable and the bath towels are white and fluffy. The setup of the townhouse is nice - bedrooms, laundry, etc on the walk-in floor and living room, kitchen, dining on the upper floor. The pictures are accurate but I think the place is nicer than it shows in the photos. The pool is about 20 feet away which was super nice. We walked to the Wailea Village (7min) for the best smoothies, lattes, etc…and the beach is about a 10min walk. The area is so beautiful and David is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and super kind.We loved our time at this townhouse in Wailea and we will be back. Thanks so much for everything!!

Absolutely amazing! David has thought of everything. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and truly felt like home. The location is perfect, we were just a few minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The landscape is gorgeous. I can’t say enough about this property except to add that we’ve already rebooked! Thank you David for wonderful vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Everything went so smoothly with our stay. Our host checked in to make sure we got settled in ok. The unit is so well maintained, modern and clean. The layout was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Having the bedrooms and laundry on the main level and kitchen and living areas upstairs was so nice.The grounds are beautiful as well!We were pleasantly surprised to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a few condos in the Weilea area and this one is by far our favorite! Everything we could imagine needing was provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware,dishes etc.The decor is beautiful. It's walking distance to restaurants and shops and the pool is VERY close. Loved it!

It was a beautiful condo in a convenient spot in Wailea. We spent many hours on the beautiful, large lanai and loved that there was plenty of space for the four of us. We will stay here again!

The house was amazing. The pictures were exactly what we arrived to. We had everything we needed. Enough beds, ample linens, a great washer/dryer, a huge living, kitchen, and dining space. There were only 4 of us, so there was more than enough room for us all. The view from the balcony was amazing. We sat out there every night and just talked and enjoyed ourselves because the weather was great all week. Would definitely stay there again if it works out in the future!

The best location- awesome pool and so many amenities were provided. It was quiet and so comfortable- the beach was 5 minutes away! Great food and shopping. I’ll be back!

This unit was perfect for our family. Great layout with the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen, living room, dining room, and deck upstairs. The two queen beds in the second bedroom worked great for our two teenagers. David has everything you could want for the beach. The outdoor shower and patio area were very handy for coming in from the beach and washing off gear and sand. Speaking of beaches, there are so many fantastic beaches nearby. And there are restaurants minutes from the unit in every direction. We enjoyed the views and everything about our stay, and look forward to returning soon. David is a fantastic host, and our communication with him was very easy.

The property, that David and his family rent, is amazing and the photos don't do it justice! The property is close to great beaches (Ulua, Makena, Polo) and the home is decorated with a cute beach vibe (turtles, VW vans, pineapples, etc.). David's home everything you’d need (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkeling gear, kid's toys, etc.) to enjoy a day on the beach and your vacation. On the day we were to return home, there was a tsunami warning for the island and all of the locals, which passed thankfully. We were not able to return home immediately; due to flight availability and David graciously opened his home to us until we could leave. We will definitely be staying at David's home again when we return to Wailea and we highly recommend the home to anyone coming to the Wailea area!

Great communication pre- and during our stay. Great, quiet location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants with easy access to the rest of the adventures on the island. House was great for our family of 4. Would recommend.

The unit was outstanding. A great place for a family vacation. Clean, roomy, quiet, and well equipped. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Conveniently located by the beach, mall and golf courses. Nice view of the ocean as well.

Thank you David for a wonderful stay! The condo was amazing, just a short walk to the Wailea shops…short drive to the Wailea beach parking! Just a beautiful location that was quiet and peaceful…everything we needed was in the condo from beach chairs/umbrella/snorkel gear to spices in the kitchen. Everything was clean on arrival, 10/10!

To start the information provided prior to check in was thorough and highly informational. Every detail was accurate about the unit compared to the pictures. It had everything needed for a day at the beach or a night in for games with the family. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to be close to the best beaches and pay an affordable amount for the stay. I will come back to this unit next time I travel out!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay Maui. The townhouse provided all we needed for a top notch stay. It was immaculate, had all the beach equipment we needed, fully stocked kitchen to prep many meals, and central to all points interests we visted including all the South Maui beaches. Was our first family trip to Maui and it was perfect. Location, cleanliness, amenities, we had everything we needed for a family with young kids.

Our family had been going to Hawaii Islands for the past 15 yrs for summer vacation. We've been renting properties through vrbo and also from other vacation rentals websites and this is the 1st property we'd give a 5 stars on all categories. And I'm very picky as far as ratings go. This place is immaculate and has tons of supplies which I love. It's also the 1st that I never had issues with when it comes to cleanliness. I especially love the supplies of all white towels & extra linen in every room. The kitchen has all the basic cooking ingredients you'd need...etc.... Besides the great & beautiful condo, the owner, David, is so kind, honest, and generous. He had been guiding me through the process of rental with vrbo. I would give this stay higher than 5 stars if I could. Thank you, David, and best wishes to you & your family! Mahalo!
