Overall stay was lovely. Great location with golf course view and a little bit of the ocean. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The condo has beach chairs and towels, an umbrella (missing a part) and boards. Bring your own coffee. Safe did not work. Beds were very comfortable and condo was nicely appointed.

Very lovely property, plenty of room for the four adults. Host was extremely responsive. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, pots & pans as well as toaster and blender. Shops at Wailea were a walkable distance to restaurants and coffee. Host recommended a local restaurant as well as reservations and it was the best evening of our stay. Golf was very enjoyable, both Emerald and Gold courses.

The unit is on the ground floor and looks directly at the golf course. Wonderful view and totally private. There is a small sliver of ocean you can also see. There are two pools on property that we used every day. The beach and the Shops at Wailea are about a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a closer place to eat and shop.We rented a car to explore the island. We ate breakfast and dinner in Kihei. We went to the aquarium, the butterfly farm and drove the Road to Hana.The unit had a laundry on the lanai which was very convenient. The third bedroom is tight. It’s basically a Murphy bed but we made it work.The unit had beach toys, coolers, etc.The hosts were very responsive.

Excellent stay with my in laws & kids. This is our 6th time at this condo complex and first at this unit. Super clean, beds are truly comfortable, and great layout for family time. TV was tough to figure out but everything else was smooth. Great unit walkable to restaurants and beach down the road. The corner location allows for kid play on the lawn and little creek too. Beach toys and pak n play, high char and stroller were available for our use. Thank you for the great stay.

The location was exactly as advertised and fully lived up to its strong rating and excellent value. It offered convenient access to restaurants, golf, public beaches, and nearby resort areas.Due to heavy rains and a travel delay at the end of our trip, the owners were gracious and accommodating, working with us to extend our stay by an extra day. That level of flexibility really reflects their character and genuine care for both their guests and the property.

Great location and for families. Very walkable location to beach, shops and restaurants. We would come back here again. Quiet and peaceful setting.

Great condo, plenty of space for our group of 4 women. Pools were clean and crystal clear, property very well maintained and clean.

Wonderful property and close to a host of fabulous amenities in both Wailea and Kehei. Condo was perfect for our family of 4, and we never had one issue with the property for the 10 days we stayed. Property Mgmt was prompt to answer any questions I had and were super flexible on our last day, prior to departure. Would highly recommend and would love to visit this property again in the near future! Family was very happy with the stay and can’t wait to return to our favorite island. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Lovely and spacious 3-bedroom unit. Owner is super reponsive and helpful. I arrived in Maui with an unfortunate combo of migraine and UTI, she helped gain me access to the place sooner so I could rest and overall made sure we had everything we needed. Place is well appointed, has a secret garden feel to it. Lovely landscaping and views. Would prefer higher quality outdoor furniture that fit the space better, but overall place is perfect for a busy family and I would stay here again!

Great location near beaches and night life activities

This was a great property and we would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located close to beaches, dining, shopping and other activities, we really enjoyed our stay. The place came with everything you could ask for in a vacation condo and the views from the lanai were incredible.

Property is beautiful, well landscaped, quiet. Easy to walk to the shops of Wailea. Love the two pool options. We enjoyed the large lanai overlooking the golf course and a peek at the ocean.

The check in and check out details were excellent, as was the communication with owner. The property is clean and well equipped. A heads up to potential renters. The property is in the Grand Champion community, which has 2 pools with strict “be quiet” rules. This was not an issue for us as we were a group of 4 adults who sunbathed, swam and read, but maybe too constraining for renters with children.

Overall, the property feels like I’m home away from home. Nice view, location and very convenient. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this to other people.

Really great condo for a family vacation. It suited us really well and was an ideal location for resort activities nearby, beaches, and shopping. Condo was very clean and a great amount of space. Only two recommendations - the kitchen needs some plastic cooking/eating platters and plates for use by the pools, and the AC unit in the main bedroom is old and kept turning off in the middle of the nights.

This was the perfect accommodation for our group. the description was accurate and it was great walking distance from the conference that some in our group was attending, as well as shopping and eating. nice to have something so close but still away from the busyness of the resort area. was a great "home"base for us! mahalo for a wonderful stay! we would definitely return!!!

We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the Grand Champions complex in the past, and it is conveniently close to stores, restaurants, and the best beaches on Maui. This was our first time in this particular unit. The layout is nice and felt spacious. The lanai fronts on the golf course with a peekaboo view of the ocean. There were four usable beach chairs, boogie boards, and a whole bunch of swim fins. The umbrella was broken, but we had brought a sunshade with us, so this didn't matter much. The kitchen was nicely equipped with tons of cutlery and even a rice cooker which was nice, since we like to cook about half the time. There were no barbeque tools, the oven had a single rack, and the paper products ran out about halfway through our stay, but that seems to be the new norm with vrbo's these days! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms very clean and nice. Overall, a nice stay that met our family's needs.

Very clean. No central a/c just noisy window a/cNice lanai. Nice bathrooms with walk-in showers Needs more lighting at night. I had to use my phone flashlight at walk from parking lot to our door. There is no elevator Fortunately we were on the first floor. Need instructions for tv. Toaster didn’t work

We love Grand Champions - this is our first stay in a 3-bed. Plenty of room for 5 of us. Immediate response from the owner in relation to a minor query. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was as advertised in every respect, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with the unit which the property manager promptly dealt with, which we greatly appreciated.

The space was great, close to everything. Lots of glassware, there were even games. One comment is that one of the bedrooms is smaller with murphy bed, but for our group it was just fine.

We had a great stay! The property was as described. Check-in was easy and any questions/concerns were addressed quickly. The only thing I would suggest to future renters is to plan to drive to the beach. Although it the description is about 10 minutes walk, it will take closer to 25+ minutes and can be hilly. This will be challenging if you have beach items. I only mention this because we were a party of 4 ladies in our 60s and we thought we’d have easy beach. access. I definitely recommend this property for comfort, cleanliness and its decor. The master bathroom was amazing and both balconies were used extensively.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was spacious and we were able to feel comfortable in the surroundings. The location is on a golf course and saw our friends on the course from afar. Unlike our other friends, the home has air conditioning which was a relief after a long day out in the warm weather. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised and the hosts were great. Stayed with family and friend of daughters. Condo had everything we needed including all the beach stuff we would need - umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels etc. It's not really a walk to the beach, but there were plenty of beaches nearby and all had plenty of parking (plus we wanted to hit beaches all over the island). Shops and restaurants very close. Hosts were very quick to respond whenever we reached out (we didn't have any issues, just questions). Would definitely stay again!

This condo is great for a family vacation. We had a relaxing and fun time. Location of condo is great. It felt private. We had breakfast every morning on the patio. I would stay here again.

Overall, the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths worked well for us. We were happy with the location as it was very close to Ulua and Keawakapu Beaches for snorkeling, shopping, and for pleasant walks in the area. The condo was tidy, but not as clean as we would have liked. It could have used more attention to detail. Fortunately, for the issues we had, the resident condo manager was responsive and helpful. We appreciated the communication with the owners prior to our trip and all the contact information they provided to address our needs once we arrived.

Great location and good view ro setting 🌞

This three-bedroom, two bath condo was perfect for our party of five. The location is very private, as you have to walk down a short path to get to the unit (and the only other the unit accessing this walkway is the unit above). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals and there is plenty of seating at the dining table and the counter height bar. The lanai wraps around and offers the most seating I've seen at the multiple units I've stayed at in Grand Champions. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, etc. to take to a day at the beach. The location is ideal if you like staying in Wailea: you can walk across the street to a shopping center with a cute coffee shop; after a longer walk uphill you'll find yourself in the shopping center where the fantastic restaurant Monkeypod is located; or a longer walk downhill you'll find the shopping center containing multiple restaurants and retail stores, and a little further walk you'll reach the Marriott and the beach! I would definitely return to this unit in paradise!

Fabulous property - everything as promised. Residents that live there were lovely and very helpful. Great location. Not quite a 10 minute walk to the beach but, it certainly didn't ruin our stay. Hoping to be back next year!

Overall the place was nice. Would stay again. However: 1) no handwashing dish soap. 2) in main bathroom, cold water faucet, the base is loose and we had to tighten a lot to get water to run 3). Bugs in cabinets especially one with spices next to microwave. 4) lights under microwave were all burnt out. 5). AC in master bedroom keeps blowing breaker on AC plug (that goes into outlet. Especially when temps at 76 or under. 6) wall outlet next to sofa closest to the tv blew the breaker on our phone charger. 7) the “rules” in the condo are not the same as those provided to me online. Online it says that it is a rental with 24/7 emergency and for any issues to contact the office (or something similar to that). In the condo the rules state for maintenance is the responsibility of the owner or occupants. That would mean that we renters would have to fix these things, which to us would be a liability or insurance issue. We also feel that is NOT our responsibility We did enjoy our stay there. Thanks.

We had a great stay here! This villa was conveniently located near a golf course and within walking distance to the mall, coffee, and the Wailea Beach. We had one minor inconvenience but the host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!
