We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-stocked and conveniently located property and would try to book again on our next trip to Wailea. It had everything we needed, ample living space, a wonderful view, and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Would highly recommend!
The complex was immaculate and very well-maintained. The unit was clean with a few obvious more recent updates. The lanai was spacious with lovely sunset views. The location couldn’t be beat: near shops, restaurants and great beaches. The two pools and pickleball court were great amenities. Host was responsive to questions and minor issues. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back to the complex!

10/10. Stunning location and apartment. We loved the grounds and pools. The space was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for three teens. We will be back.

I have stayed in a few units at this property, and this is one of the more updated units. The view is also even nicer in person. Wailea Elua is my favorite place to stay in Maui and probably all of Hawaii.

The unit was absolutely gorgeous. The property management company is top notch. The Ulua property in Wailea is stunning. The pictures are accurate. You will wake up to an ocean view every morning. We will be back. This unit and this vacation was absolutely lovely.
Condo was fine but tired, decor was bland/sad needs updating. The master bedroom sliding door didn’t lock. Few soft furnishings, needs more cushions for sofa and lounge chairs for comfort. Otherwise it was a pleasant location that is close to beach and pool area. A little out of the way and a long walk to the nearest amenities though, coffee or something during the day.Pool area needs umbrellas around the pool - there were none and not enough in the lawn area so if you made it down to the pool past 9am you had zero shade all day. Pool area states that items will be removed from pool area beds after 30 mins not being used (and moved to lost property) however people left their loungers with bags on them all day and nothing was moved.
The stay was very enjoyable! We all loved the property which has great views from the balconies and it is so close to the beach. The beach was also very beautiful! We would go back to the same place.
Stay was comfortable but, there were a few cleaning issues such as the food particles in the kitchen sink, hair in the bathroom shower, dirty rugs, and strong smell of bleach
Our stay was fantastic! The unit was just as shown/described, and the communication with the owner/host was responsive and friendly. We had a great several weeks and can't wait to return!

We spent 9 days in September at this location. It is located in a gated community which is well maintained, and very close to shops and grocery stores. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing! The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you need. The house is literally a short 3-4 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the private pool. Management company is very responsive - the entry keypad stopped working after we got inside and they fixed it within 1 hour (around 9pm) even if I told them it could have been fixed next morning. We’ll definitely book again next time.
