Direct Ocean Front Property Wailea Ekahi 42A Remodeled 2024 - 1 Bed 2 Full Bath

The accommodations were new, clean, and everything we needed to enjoy the location was included. There is not an ocean view from this property which I expected from the description I read, however there is an ocean view from the pool which is steps away from the unit. I contacted the owner by text, email, and phone to see if we could get a later check out time because our flight was not until 7:30 pm, but I never received a response of any kind which was a little disappointing. We were out promptly by eleven and had a lot of time to kill without any accommodation. Condo was great, communication less so.

Not a bad apartment. Not on the beach, though.

The unit is recently remodeled with modern everything. The property is quiet and spacious with four different pools, including the big pool right next to the beach. Kory was an excellent communicator… overall pleasant vacation stay there again

The condo is well-appointed. We had everything we needed. It was a little further from the beach than we expected, but the pool is right out the back door. We would stay there again.

We loved that the condo was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The furniture and bed was very comfy as well

Everything was as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed. Was a good healthy walk to the beach everyday and nice and close to quiet pool as another option.

Very clean and comfortable condo with nice lanai that we used frequently. Well-equipped, clean kitchen. Close to a pool. Nice to have beach chairs for our use, too. We loved the space and it had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the pullout bed in the living room was not very comfortable for two adults. It may be fine for children or small adults, but not for our family. That said, it was really nice to have the pocket door to create some privacy for that room.

Clean, updated, easy to get to the property.

Very peaceful and beautiful. Never had to worry about it being too busy at the pools or the beach. The extras provided were amazing such as the beach chairs and umbrella.

Great private location. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bbq stations convenient. Beach wagon and beach chairs were great to have. Pools were well kept and easy to find poolside chairs.

Due to insufficient A/C we couldn't fall asleep our first 2 nights upstairs until about 2am when the outside temperature finally cooled the condo. Cory fixed this the 3rd night by adding a new AC to the upstairs bedroom. We also had dirty coffee maker and dishes in the DW on arrival, seems like the place hadn't been used for awhile. I would have appreciated a response from the property owner but instead the property manager Cory made me feel like the bad guy when I called to tell him the upstairs was scorching again the second night.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable unit. It’s conveniently located to a private beach for sunset views and daily swims and close to all the higher end resorts along the Wailea beach path which we walked to several times throughout our stay. We very much felt the aloha spirit from Kory, the property manager. Will definitely return! Mahalo!

Excellent location. Nicely updated property.

The condo was just renovated which was a treat. Loved the split level and living area which acted like a second bedroom with sliding doors. Perfect for my teenager that doesn’t get up as early as me. Location was a short walk to an amazing beach which is less busy. Super quiet at night and slept like a log!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. If was well furnished, clean and updated. The pavilion and grounds were nicely landscaped and well cared for. The pavilion is next to the beach and gated so it was easy to drop off shoes before going to the beach. The only disappointment was that for several the days the pavilion was closed. This wasn’t disclosed to us before our purchase either.

This condo was absolutely gorgeous: beautiful decor and furnishings, bathrooms and kitchen very updated and well-stocked, fantastic ceiling fans and lights with adjustable levels, and several stunning lanais. And of course, the grounds at Wailea Ekahi were fabulous, with flowers, views, excellent pools, and wonderful people. The pickleball court was in great condition, and players were very welcoming and inclusive. We had a great stay!

Loved everything about our stay. It was clean, newly renovated and had everything we could ever dream of. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Maui!

We have stayed at a number of units at the Ekahi and 42A was amazing. Nicely decorated, clean, great patios. This is a great unit. Highly recommended.

This unit is perfect for us as it’s so peaceful and the grounds are surrounded by gorgeous landscaping. We enjoyed the close vicinity to the pool. The furnishings of the condo inside and out are outstanding! Look forward to coming back again.

Lovely condo decorated in soft beiges. Comfy bed, sofa, arm chair, lounges,and sun chairs. Three lanais! Long walk to the only heated pool by the beach. No nearby restaurant within walking distance. Condo kitchen needs a little restocking, more mugs, flipper for cooking eggs or meat, actual dish rack. Shower needs new beading or a reset board to keep water from dripping and pooling on floor outside of shower. Screen doors do not work. Sounds like a lot of complaints, but really they were all little items. Loved our stay here. Very peaceful! and whites

We loved the layout. The Lania was perfect. Late at night it was so peaceful and quiet. The community pools were awesome. Walked to the center by the beach every night to watch the sunset with other guests. 5 stars!

The condo is modern and tastefully decorated and stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. The walk to the beach side pool is about 10min on the green and puts you steps away from the beach. That pool and large pavilion has many seating including a full kitchen and grills. The restrooms has showers. The property manager was responsive and helpful with some questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
