A/C throughout spacious clean comfortable main floor condo with lush garden view

We had no communication from the manager just the owners and they were fantastic. These owners get it! Beautifully furnished with a lovely interior decorator sense that tied the place together and created a very soothing atmosphere. Perfectly set up with everything a visitor needs to feel at home. Great bed linens and pillows and the bath towels were thick and absorbent. furniture was so comfortable, we are looking for the same to furnish our new screen porch. every accompaniment we needed was there from salt and pepper to beach chairs they had us covered. We have used vacations rentals for more than 20 years and this unit was the very best we have ever had. the owners love the place and take such good care of it. We consider Ed and Sharon the best owners we have ever delt with. kudos to them and to the management company. We love Kauai and we have been there many times and we hope this unit is still available when we get a chance to ge tback to Kauai THANKS CRAIG & RICHARD

Everything about this Condominium was first class. No matter what activity we were interested in, there was something in the unit to borrow.We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved Ed and Sharon’s place. Comfortable bed, great WiFi, clear instructions, amazing pool, washer dryer was perfect, shower also perfect, kitchen was well supplied. Location was pretty ideal for us as well. The complex is quiet and well cared for. Shops and stores, a short walk or even shorter drive away that had my wife’s favorite ice cream! Total win. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Ed and Sharon were caring and thoughtful for us and were very responsive to our needs. We spent our 35th wedding anniversary there and they made our trip even more special. Thank you Ed and Sharon!

The condo was clean and spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. They had all the amenities plus some extra and beach equipment was the added value. The only issue was a downstairs condo gets the added noise from above and that upstairs owner failed to notify about the demolition for 3 of our days which made the condo not usable until 5:00. Not blaming the owner but left a bad taste at the end of our 10 day stay.

Unit was overall very well equipped from beach equipment to kitchen and linens etc.. Having lived on Kauai for many years, we knew the area very well and it was a perfect Poipu location for us and very quiet!The rating of 4 for the property is not regarding the unit specifically but more the cleanliness of the trash/recycling area and the landscaping. We would rate the unit cleanliness as a 5. as far as the rating of 3 on the property manager, there should be a n/a choice as we never had a need to contact a property manager or saw one on property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Ed & Sharon’s condo. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well to keep us cool on humid days. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and utensils. We even bbq’d by the pool one evening. Grounds are very serene and filled with a variety of tropical flora. We hope to return again one day. We loved everything about this stay. The location near Koloa and Poipu was perfect for seeing everything on the south half of the island. The condo is outfitted with everything you could need including a well stocked kitchen and tons of beach accessories. The pool is quiet and has plenty of shade. The outdoor seating on the lanai was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to a few great options in terms of shopping and dining. Ed and Sharon have a real gem here.

Excellent property with an ideal location.

Condo had everything you could possibly need while there or at the beach. Location was fantastic for golfing, shopping, eating going to the very nice pool or taking a short walk to our favorite beach in front of the Sheraton. I loved the patio area. Kitchen had everything and the condo was beautifully decorated. The bed was very firm but comfortable.

Loved the beautiful tropical setting and convenient location. We had everything we could need. The kitchen was stocked great including some basic spices, cooking oil, etc. Our kiddo appreciated the coi pond right outside the front door and all the beach and pool toys and we were happy to have the chairs, umbrellas & cooler. AC in the bedroom and living room worked well to keep the place cool but we mostly just kept the windows open except when sleeping. Roosters weren't too bad in the morning, with windows shut and white noise on we couldn't hear them. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great condo and property, excellent location for walking to shops, snorkeling, restaurants, etc and communication with Ed & Sharon was great!

This condo was excellent. Kitchen and bathroom were modern and well-equipped. A/C in master bedroom helped us sleep at night. Great location, one can walk to Baby Beach and Poipu Beach is a short drive away. Lot's of shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo is in the Waikomo Stream Villas complex. This is a quiet and semi-private complex and is therefore quiet. Nice patios on the front and back of the unit. Hosts were very communicative and helpful with plans for our vacation. The beach equipment in the condo was greatly appreciated. Overall great unit and host, highly recommended. The south side of the island is a good place to be for a vacation. It is easy to get to Lihue and the airport when you need to.

We stayed at this wonderful VRBO for 10 days and had a great time. Clean, great location, plenty of space and on the ground floor, which is great for older bones. We will stay there again for sure.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay on Kauai! The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed--comfy bed, very well-equipped kitchen, beach necessities, two wonderful lanais. It's in a very convenient area close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. (Poipu beach is amazing!) Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book again if we are on Kauai!! we have been here 4times and we love the grounds and even the frog. The trees keep the car cool. We enjoy a walk many time a day. So much to see. We want to return. We will not use Vrbo, they had no record of our upcoming stay before we came and no way of sorting it out. I spent hours on hold with them. I wish they would say they were sorry. I came home to see that they had confirm our stay finally, too late.

We had a relaxing stay at Ed & Sharon's condo. Everything was exactly as pictured & described. The two AC zones for the living area and the bedroom kept the condo very comfortable and quickly cooled the unit down at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the curtains & shades kept the bedroom dark and quiet (save for the occasional rooster). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a pretty short walk down the street and through the neighborhood to Baby Beach, and there were a lot of restaurants and shops just across the street and less than 10-minute drive to everything else. We hope to stay here again when we return to Koloa.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kauai. The condo was in a fantastic location, and was even better than described! It was loaded with water/beach gear, cooking equipment, and much more. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place was great. It’s huge, comfortable, clean, and had two key amenities for us - laundry and a full kitchen, which came in super handy as we typically arrived back late from our day’s adventures after most places were closed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

An older property nestled between upscale resorts and the upscale Kikui’ula shopping center, this complex gets you walking distance to the beach & shopping action at half the price of the resorts. It’s a basic, no-frills condo, but met our needs as we had no trouble finding big pools and beach access nearby. The owners were very responsive and divided thorough instructions. The only thing that might have made for a better stay would be if the kitchen had coffee filters. Other than that, we found this condo a comfortable and very shady place to land after a day of sun-seeking.

Loved our time here! Close to the beach, shopping, & restaurants. Condo is situated in a quiet community with shaded parking. The owners stocked everything to enjoy beach days to the fullest. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo to Ed & Sharon for making our stay so lovely.

Had an amazing time in Kauai. We loved the rental property. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Lovely space. Very clean, beautifully decorated and contained all we needed while we stayed. Can’t wait to get back to Kaua’i and hope to stay here again.

My wife and I came to Kauai for our 5th anniversary. This location was all we could ask for and Ed and Sharon were great hosts. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This was a dream property, the location was perfect and felt secluded while being close to beaches and shopping. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything you'd need for a successful beach outing, and we lacked nothing.

Great stay at Sharon and Ed’s home, the place was super cute, clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The snorkel and beach gear was such a great add on and was great when heading to the beach. Would definitely stay again if we return.

10/10! We would absolutely stay here again! The condo was clean, communication with host and check-in was seamless. There were teas, coffee, and cookies set up for us; and ahead of checking in we were sent tips for caring for the condo and ideas for things to do around town. Despite being in a large condo complex, the area is very quiet, the patio was very peaceful in the mornings while drinking our coffee. Only a 5 minute walk to some shops and restaurants!

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every amenity offered by Ed and Sharon’s condo. Everything was clean and well cared for and to most anything we wanted to see on the island was quick and easy. We will most definitely stay again if we come back to Kauai.
