Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Watermark since 2012 because it is well kept, is in a great location and is overall a well run condo. Our stay this past year in Apt. 2302 was very pleasing. The unit was very clean and brightly lit. The only flaw was the 2 sofas in the living room that open into,beds. They were quite uncomfortable to sit on but everything else including the beds were just fine. We would be happy to stay in this unit again. In fact we did inquire about renting it again for 2024 but it was already rented for the time we would have wanted. This was our second year renting with Ali and found your company to be completely professional and easy to deal with.
