It as exactly what I expected
Scheduling was a nightmare which after 5 phone calls to VRBO seems was their fault but the room amenities are sparse. The window lets all the wind you would expect to have at the top of a high rise straight into the room. Bed was almost more comfortable than the floor. There is a missing smoke detector with wires protruding from the wall. The price and location are good if you need a room that is priced this cheap. If you can stay at a proper hotel though, I would do that.
Could use more lights in the place, fridge didn’t work well but overall great location, great sun deck, amazing food trucks right outside. Host got right on a situation when we had a mix up with insulin that got mailed to the hotel from Alaska that we couldn’t get to it they figured it out as soon as they could and resolved the issue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location=A+... This studio has potential, mattress was not comfortable, TV should be on the wall, refrigerator was maybe good enough for wine. Cleaned better: mold on shower curtain, hair stuck on refer door seal, dirty towel in closet.
