CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

When it came to kitchenware the quality was very good. There was more than enough storage. The view was excellent. The building was quiet and well maintained. It was in a very good location close to restaurants, stores and night life. We had one issue with a damaged chair and the property manager Byron took care of it for us. The couch could have used a steam cleaning. We would enjoy renting this condo again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve used in Waikiki. It is remodeled and has very high end appliances and furnishings. It also has plenty of electrical outlets, not so in many other condos we’ve rented. The view is lovely, though obstructed, but not as severely as on lower floors. The building is very secure and has only 4 units per floor, making it feel more private than other locations. The managers provided thoughtful service, something I have come to expect from captain cook resorts. When we arrived, the condo did not seem as clean as I might have expected. Also, some of the plumbing fixtures feel as if they need replacing (kitchen faucet and toilet flushing mechanism). Every request we made of Byron or the management were promptly answered. On New Year’s Eve we watched the fireworks from our window, a real luxury, as we were avoiding crowds.

It's tucked into a quiet street (by Waikiki standards), and has views of both ocean and mountain. Unlike many units in Waikiki Skytower, this one is more than high enough to see over the building in front, giving you a mostly unobstructed view of the surf.The property itself is remodeled quite nicely, but the furnishings were a bit lacking in some areas and awkward or absent in others. All were minor things that will hopefully be resolved. Examples include no shelf to put toiletries in the shower, the shower head shooting straight at the opposing wall (and no way to adjust downward), no set of sheets for the fold out bed, etc...Given the opportunity, I'd happily stay at this property again though.

Nice lanai for breakfast viewing Ocean, Manoa Valley and Mountains. Perfectly situated to take in Friday Fireworks. Quiet at night for the most part (EMS vehicles always present). Conveniently located near restaurants and large ABC store. One way streets made access a little more challenging than other places, but manageable. Only real complaint was the unsafe FOB requirement for exiting the building. Totally understand FOB for entry security and elevator use, but not for exiting via elevator or parking garage. If someone has to exit quickly and forgets their FOB they will never be able to leave the building - other condo's have FOBs set for entry only - so this place can do the same if they choose to - current setting is a safety issue and possibly a violation of Fire Code. Lastly - parking was spacious and plentiful.

We spent a lot of time on the lanai overlooking the ocean or the golf course. We had a really good stay. Only recommendation is to have better toilet paper, the public rest rooms had better quality. For such a nice apartment, such cuts should not be made. We left some Charmin toilet paper hoping it will be followed thro.
