Royal Garden at Waikiki... Suite Excellence and Warm Aloha

We had a lovely time. The room was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed along with a nice calm location. I was able to cook for my family as everything I needed was available.

Our stay at this facility could not have been better. Jason was very responsive and an outstanding host in all respects. The room was super clean with all sorts of nice features and amenities. The beach was a quick walk away and multiple restaurants/shops were within walking distance. The laundry facility was easily accessible and clean. The pool area was also nice with a sizeable grass area for children to play on. I would highly recommend this suite and this hotel. Thank you, Jason, for making our 8 night stay in Waikiki fantastic!

This place had everything we wanted. Compact and very well maintained, walkable distance to Waikiki beach and shopping (downtown), felt very safe. We could save money on car parking too by bit juggling and finding free parking on street. Jason was very prompt in receiving call. People at front office were very friendly. We certainly recommond this place.

Highly recommend! Stayed 7 nights. This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, well set up, well equipped, and has ample storage. The full kitchen with a stove/ oven is practical for those who wish to cook meals. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. The towels smell fresh. The unit offers shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods and laundry basket. Plenty of extra bath and beach towels neatly tucked away in a cupboard. Many amenities in this unit look new. such as the AC which works like a charm. Located on the upper level and a view of Ala Wai Canal to the left is lovely. I did not frequent the AC this September, as I prefer the warm breeze flowing into the room with the lanai door open. The honu themed decoration is delightful. Jason is responsive and communicating with him was a pleasure. He is professional and accommodating. I am happier staying at this unit which Jason manages, compared to a unit I stayed 6 months ago in the same building. I look forward to staying at this unit again. Awesome location. Room was beautiful, clean and had lots of amenities and the property manager was incredibly responsive and kind. Great place to stay suggestion, check working order of all appliances once you get there. Aloha!

Good communication and the property was great

I really enjoyed our stay at royal garden Waikīkī. Our host was amazing and the place is just perfect for walking anywhere. Check in and out was simple and not complicated and the staff at the Royal Garden were amazing as well. The room was clean and spacious with great views, easily accessible, centrally located, and great walkability. Can’t say enough good things about it! Thanks. We will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely perfect ending to our 10 day vacation. Had a snafu with airbnb after our account was apparently hacked and cancelled our reservation. (Still can’t get into account.) Stayed in a hotel for a few days waiting for airbnb before trying VRBO- we really wanted to get something bigger with kitchen amenities!We were thrilled to find Royal Garden at Waikiki and even happier to find out we were booked in the same building as our friends staying at a Wyndham Club property! This unit has everything you need with added bonus of FREE laundry facility. Laid back and quiet area next to the canal with a short walk to beach areas and shopping. We also took advantage of the public bus system which was very nice and took us to Sam’s Club for refrigerator stocking. Jason is the perfect host and very fast to respond. I can highly recommend this property!

Very clean and convenient location.

As a single person, this is a perfect location a short walk to a beautiful park beach . Near restaurants and transportation. You can walk around easily.. One of my favorite places

Stayed with 3 other friends and this was the perfect size and provided everything we needed. The full kitchen saved us lots of money throughout our stay and we utilized most of the appliances and amenities of the building. Our host was very communicative and attentive. Our flight was pretty late in the evening, and they were kind enough to let us stay a few more hours after check out time. The staff of the building were also very welcoming and kind throughout our stay. If you are thinking of saving some money in Hawaii while also being in the city centre, this is the place to stay.

Pros: close to beach and shopping. Hotel staff very nice. Beach umbrella very useful. Cons: Arrived to less than clean accommodations, I cleaned a dirty refrigerator, tub that had left over hair, bathroom rug was dirty which they ended up replacing. Also had to clean up something sticky on the floor near the beds. The microwave was peeling inside. Linens, towels, and dinnerware were dated. We had no working television for 5 days until that was replaced. By day 6 we ended up leaving and finding other accommodations after finding a bug crawling on the headboard. I’m very sad to say this was our first experience with VRBO and will be most likely our last. We went off previous reviews so I’m honestly surprised. I spoke with a lady from the property management who was very nice but never spoke directly to the owner. I took pictures but decided not to share. Very underwhelming experience for our vacation.

Some what close to the beach and shopping malls all in all a good location because there is a lot to see along the way to where ever you want to go’ very convenient no complaints except for the room could of been cleaned better (floor was dirty)’.

We found this Hotel was a nice place to stay. A bit of a walk to the beach through a nice park. Our room was fine for the two of us.

We stayed as a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay greatly. It's on a beautiful property run by the Wyndham group. Pool was heated and our condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

The TV reception was terrible. Most of the channels were unavailable most of the time, and many froze up frequently. After a day or so of hoping it would improve, we sent a message to the host, but didn’t get a response for another day or so. We were not able to raise the matter with reception given that our room was a BnB and not part of the regular hotel, which was unfortunate. The security person, whom we were required to check in with, was excellent and helpful, but was not able to assist with this problem.When the host did respond he said that a maintenance person would come and fix the TV. By the time we left the accommodation, after four nights, he had not come.The hotel was lovely and the layout and size of our room were fine. But the furniture was not satisfactory. It looked old, and the chairs were like bar stools and very uncomfortable.The crockery was very limited and substandard, and no two items were the same.The balcony sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close. There’s a high risk that a guest could hurt their back trying to do so.

It was the perfect spot for a Waikiki holiday

It was a nice little studio with full stove. There is a little veranda that had a nice view. It is priced cheap compared to similar properties, nice and warm swimming pool with sauna in the property.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was absolutely no street parking to be found, so have to do the $50/day valet parking, but the hotel employees were all very friendly. The street was a little sketchy but not too bad and it was in walking distance to a nice beach and lots of shopping.

If you are a solo single person. This is your go to vacation.. Very clean , warm and comfortable… I will be staying here again ..

It's a pleasant walk to the beach - two city blocks and then a pretty park with lots of birds. We were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
