We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location Communication with the host was easy and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend-definitely a 10 experience!

Communication with the owner was excellent. Always got back to me with any question I needed. The location was a block away from the beach perfect for us. The price was spot on. The cleanliness of the condo and the amenities were just right for us I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, a great place to serve as launching point for exploring the island. Great views and super close to the beach. Kitchen is small, but functional. One thing to note is that laundry facilities are in the building, but not in the unit, and they're not free, so be prepared (and buy some detergent).

The unit was very nice. The only negative that we had, and not sure if it was just a misunderstanding on our part was, parking. When looking for a place to stay we looked for parking as an amenity. Which we thought that meant it was included with the price. We did not realize until the day before check in that there was an extra cost for parking. We were asked by Jenny’s Cottage, when we would be arriving and if we needed parking. When they were told yes to parking that is when we were informed of the additional cost, and payment went directly to them. This was so last minute we really didn’t feel that we could fight it even though we did mention that we thought parking was included. They gave us an option to upgrade the unit and parking for an extra 260.11 with payment directly to them. If we didn’t upgrade the room parking would have cost a bit more than the extra that we paid.

The condo and everything in it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Conveniently located as well. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! The condo had great views and exceeded our expectations.

Nice small condo on the beach - 18th floor. Very clean and cozy. We had some challenges figuring out the doors and locks but it was our issue - the owners provided very detailed instructions, with pictures!

This is a much less expensive alternative to the bougie hotels, but is in the same exact location. The condo is older, but has everything you need. It also saves you money because it has a kitchen and a fridge so you don’t have to eat every meal out. It is 2 blocks from Waikīkī Beach, and in the heart of everything. If you are looking for a place to stay in Waikiki, I recommend you consider staying here.

Perfect location for the beach and food

We stayed at the unit for 10 days, and although we felt the unit was priced appropriately for the area, it's a very tired building. The host was great to deal with but the unit itself, furniture, appliances etc. need a good update (old and worn). The unit is very small but as advertised. As nice as it was to have beach chairs provided they were old and in poor condition, we were hesitant to use them. The unit is centrally located, 5min walk to the beach so fairly convenient. Parking is extra if you have a car. The pool is decent but in the shade most of the day, we were at the beach most days, so not an issue for us. All in all, with so many options in the area, we most likely wouldn't return, but a solid unit if you are on a budget.

The property, the location and all the amenities were fantastic. My only suggestion would be for a new bed. It was much too soft and uncomfortable for both of us. Otherwise, EVERYTHING was great!

Perfect rental for a couple. It is in a prime location with walking access to the beach and many restaurants. Assigned Parking is available which makes it really easy to explore the island with no worry about finding a spot when you get back. Kitchen had all the needed equipment for making breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others! Thank you!!

Loved the location, very clean and carrying host.

Great location great view

Our stay went much better than expected! I was almost housebound as I had surgery in Honolulu 1st day of our stay. Fast forward 2 days and I was up and walking around Honolulu. Having stayed previously at the Ala Moana, I was very happy to have cooktop & refrigerator available. The ambulance noise that was almost every hour at the Hotel was much quieter here. The almost mesmerizing view of the ocean 2 blocks away with its constantly changing turquoise, blues and purple striations was a never ending fascination. Thank You, Jenny, for the use of your cottage during a stressful time. It was the best I could hope for. Blessings of Aloha!

Jenny’s cottage was perfect for my stay in Waikiki. The location was great, the cottage was clean, and the views were amazing! I would definitely book again when I come back for another visit.

The Honolulu apartment was perfect! It was a great location close by to everything and across the street from a good Poke place. It was clean. The view was really good too. They had all of the necessities. It was a no-frills kind of apartment but it did have everything that we needed and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We did appreciate the umbrella and beach chairs, which was a nice touch and having parking was a major plus! Critiques- We would say that there weren’t any major downfalls. Everything was really wonderful like I said, it was a good experience. We really liked it. The host was maybe a little bit too responsive if there is one critique and the remote was missing. We never watched TV in the apartment so we’re not sure what happened to that. Hopefully, they find it and all is well! We would definitely come back if we are in Honolulu again thank you for having us!

My husband and I returned to attend a family burial. We did receive the details and information about this unit when it was supposed to be delivered. A bit of a glitch with the front door access but this was remedied quickly. The location was ideal for where we needed to go. Parking is extra and can be reserved ahead of time through the property manager. It does add $20/day if you need to park. The building is maintained well and access into the lobby or from the garage requires a key fob so I felt secure. The noises from Waikiki was not a problem and the central A/C was really nice to have. Beds were comfortable, good sized refrigerator and meals can be prep on their portable cook top if you prefer. Communication was handled well and questions or issues were addressed promptly. It was a very comfortable stay.

It was clean, well laid out, and had everything thoughtfully arranged. Everything that we needed was provided. The communication was pleasant and helpful before and during the stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool and parking are two great amenities. We spent many wonderful hours on the balcony admiring the fantastic view, snacking, and having wonderful conversations. It's a great place for a great time!

Great location and the view was as it shows in the picture. The place was clean but the best part was the location to the beach and the action. Two lovely parks to get away from the city atmosphere. There was only about three or four hours the balcony was too hot but it was awesome otherwise Some days we picked up supper and brought it back to the condo. Plenty of places to eat out in the area. We purchased a bus pass from 7-eleven.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was perfect. We were close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Great view from the balcony and front room. Plenty of room and clean. Close walk to the beach, with plenty of stores close to get essentials. Would stay again and recommend it to friends .
