Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and floor of the apartment are very appropriate. Although the interior decoration is not novel, it is clean and practical. It also has basic daily necessities, kitchenware and household appliances. When you encounter something damaged or have a problem, you can call the person in charge of the apartment for help and they will respond and deal with it quickly, which is very reassuring. The surrounding environment is very convenient. It is close to Waikiki Beach. There are supermarkets, food trucks, ABC stores and many shopping center businesses nearby. Dining and shopping are very convenient.It should be noted that the apartment building has many floors, but only two elevators, so you need to wait patiently. Also because the room is located close to the elevator, the sound of the elevator operation will be more obvious at night. In addition, sometimes there is strong wind outside. There may be obvious wind noise inside the room. If you are more sensitive to sound and have a low tolerance for sound, this can be used as a reference. For me, this is a good value for money accommodation option.

Reviewer Comments: The room is good for the price if you’re staying for a month or longer. The bathroom is set up almost perfectly for the beach life with room to hang wet clothes and excellent water pressure. However, I also experienced an AC leak through the ceiling and numerous elevator problems that were resolved on “island time.” Unfortunately, while the personal contact for the room did a decent job, the building staff were shockingly racist, tourist hating and very confrontational. Fortunately, once you learn how abrasive they are, you can keep your distance and avoid further confrontation on what you’d expect to be vacation.

Easy walking distance to the major areas of Waikiki and what we consider the best section of the beach. Easy access to Kapahulu and Monserrat Avenues.Captain Cook easy to deal with and responsive to any concerns.The unit itself is well laid out, clean, and has the basics of everything one needs for a comfortable stay.No hesitation to rent again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely as was the is central to everything-bus stops in is close to Hys steakhouse.The pool is cold like a Canadian lake but it wasn’t overrun with people and had good sun exposure and lots of longing chairs.Somedays I was the only one there.The security is great fobs for the elevators and manager on site.Because this is a 30 day rental it is a very quiet location.The beach is 2 blocks away with ABC stores close.The shower was always cool so I did leave a note regarding this.The Tv and internet worked well.The single beds have memory foam toppers and were soo very comfortable.The stove top was tricky to work out you had to push and turn and the burners stayed red even after they were turned off-safety feature I would guess.T he balcony was great you could see the water through the other buildings.The air was central air soo no loud banging or dripping from units worked very well.Safeway was a 10 min cab each way for to get groceries-I saved a lot on not eating out.The only downfall to my stay was the terrible check in process.I had called ahead of time from Canada as my representative was changed last minute and as my plane was arriving at 1030 pm at night I was worried that the new guy Paul would not come there to let me in.I did not have a cell phone that worked for USA so had a Westjet agent phone to him to say I was on my way-his response was to go to the front desk fill out a covid form then call him.You can image my horror being locked out at the front doors- they have not had a front desk open due to covid for sometime-there was nobody around no security bell to press and its almost midnight.I had to pull out my cell and incur roaming charges to get this rep on the phone.He gets security to let me in but he never turns up-he left the condo unlocked but doesn’t tell the security guy- so we go up come back down to learn this-I complained to Captain cook twice but heard nothing back-Soo cannot recommend them

Clean and large enough to be very comfortable for a month for a couple. The building is quiet, it's set back a bit off of a relatively quiet stretch of Kuhio Ave, yet just 2 short blocks from the beach. The Bus stops just a few steps away with 6 bus lines to the rest of Waikiki and most other points of West Oahu, and with grocery delivery readily available from Safeway, there is no real need to have a car.We had a few minor issues with the condo, e.g. the florescent light above the kitchen sink was burned out when we arrived, but Captain Cook was extremely responsive - thank you, Barbara for your great hospitality!
