THE BUILDING:

Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.
This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!
The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

-This complex is located just 1 block from the best swimming and world famous Waikiki Beach, shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park.
The Waikiki Banyan is one of the larger condominium buildings in Waikiki. There are two towers, one with 37 floors and one with 38 floors (over 800+ condo units total). The building has full-time security and maintenance staff, as well as a hotel management company that manages many units in the building. The building has the look and feel of a hotel, but each unit is individually owned and operated and there are also many full-time residents who live in this building.
We do our best to make sure our guests have an excellent experience, but please be aware that we are an independent condo and not part of the hotel operation. We do not have staff on-hand 24 hours and are not always immediately available. But we do live locally and are here to help you enjoy our beautiful island and condo!
****Cancellation Policy:
All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected changes or emergencies.
If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow a strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.
*Please kindly refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the property. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine of $500. Should the building management issue a citation to us as owners and hosts, we will escalate the matter for further action. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Guests are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with the return of lost items. Items left unclaimed for a period of 30 days will be subject to disposal or donation, and we will not be held responsible for such actions.
