It was a lovely location with fantastic views. Unfortunately, we had neighbors who were heavy smokers.

It would be nice to have some basic spices like salt and pepper. Minor detail, everything else was very good.Pictures are the sunsets from the balcony.

The room was clean. The host was communicative. The view was fantastic. The kitchen and room itself was one of the smaller units. Our friends had the double size room with a couch for the same money essentially so we hung out with them. If I had not seen their room and known that they paid basically the same amount I would have been satisfied this was a good rate but knowing they got a lot nicer unit for the same was slightly dissappointing. Overall, this is a great location with plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants as well as beach access. Friday night fireworks were amazing!

Clean and comfortable with an amazing view and central location! We are spoiled with smart devices and are accustomed to smart TVs, but beside that everything was great.

The room was clean, well stocked, has a great view, and is in a prime location.

This little condo is perfectly situated right on the beach, and has everything you need! I was so pleasantly surprised to find a coffee/smoothie spot, little store that sells water shoes, trinkets, beer, boogie boards (basically anything you could possibly need for a fun beach day), & the Steak Shack on the bottom floor as you walk out to the beach.The hotel next door where the pool is has a Starbucks, a great restaurant (with live music), and cute shops. There’s a little bar right on the beach open from 1-7pm, a guy w/a kiosk that can book just about any excursion you can think of, board & beach toy rentals, more restaurants dotted along the beach trail towards the harbor. Major shopping at the high end stores is like a block away (Gucci, Rolex, Prada, etc). We booked a snorkel trip with Island Splash tours & were able to walk there. The condo itself is awesome. The owner/host is super easy to work with, was quick to answer any questions, and provided some really thoughtful things like laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, and tea. Our favorite feature is the mirror on the balcony. It’s positioned so you can see the ocean while lying in bed. The view is amazing. Friday night fireworks drew a crowd of at least 100 people gathered on the beach, but we were able to watch them from the balcony while drinking a bottle of wine.Check in easy if you follow directions.

The place is located right on Waikiki beach with easy beach access. Outrigger Shore as a whole is a little ran down. The only thing not mentioned is the door entry is outside and down a narrow walkway which resulted in our cancellation. 8th floor balcony is no problem but trying to maneuver luggage, groceries etc down the narrow walkway proves a bit challenging while out in the open.

I stayed here while I attended a work conference at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This was a more affordable alternative that was an easy 10 min walk along the beach to the conference center.The room is a perfect home base for a trip to Oahu. There are beautiful ocean views from the balcony which also overlooks the Friday night firework show at the Hilton. Big comfy bed, kitchenette with a coffee machine, good sized bathroom, and in-unit washer/dryer all made for a relaxing stay. I purchased the parking in the building which was well priced and very convenient.Would definitely recommend staying here!

We have to check in 2 blocks away The people at the desk are very rude. They say that they don't handle our roomMy wife is partial disabled and she told us we have to walk around 2 ramps to get to pool when there was a walkway going right thereThe only truly evil person we met on our trip

We enjoyed three days at a great location. We would do it again in a heartbeat.One minor issue -- how to checkout (with a car in the garage). Leaving the key in the condo means you have to navigate the fob controlled elevators while organizing to leave the key. A comment in the check out instructions/ suggestions would have been very helpful.

Great condo, with a wonderful view, everything we needed to enjoy our 5-night stay and a convenient location for heading out for road trips on the island or exploring Waikiki on foot. Highly recommend it!!

Great Host / Owner! Little quirky checking in but manageable. Room was clean and efficient, just somewhat dated. Location is easy walk to 5 star dining, (3 fancy safe blocks). Wish we could have a spot like this every time!Bob and Chris

Great little condo in an amazing location. The view from the lanai is terrific - right on the beach, next to Fort DeRussy park and position A for the Friday fireworks. If you want to be close to everything in Waikiki, this place is ideal. The park is a fantastic option to relax in the shade while still being beach-side. Walking distance to lots of shopping, including Target for reasonably-priced (for the area) groceries. The condo itself is a great size for 2, well equipped and in nice, upgraded condition. Be warned, parking and renting beach furniture is expensive, as are most eateries in the area.

Condo was 3 star property, musty inside, used scented candles to help. Waikīkī beach is gone, most all beach south of the Fort is gone. The walkway along the beach front is closed, mostly under water. 15 years ago and there was 100 yards of beach. Waikīkī is sinking and environmental studies have no solutions

This is the perfect place to stay!! It’s on the beach, not crowded, everything you need is within walking distance. I would stay here again and again.

The location of the property is excellent, right on the beach. The directions on how to get there could be better.

Check was easy and very friendly. They took our bags and took them to the condo. Very helpful. Everything worked and great views, especially of Friday night fireworks. Comfortable Bed and all amenities

View from the balcony is primo, facing west for sunset and facing the Friday fireworks. Easy access to the beach. Having the gardens of the Army museum next door adds to the serene environment. 2 very minor grumbles. Not being able to check in on site adds confusion. The info letter should explain that you can readily park at the condo to unload pax and bags, even if short term . It would be nice to check out later by a few hours without having to pay $$. Overall it was a great experience and we recommend it highly.

This condo is perfect. It is clean, has a comfortable bed, and all the amenities one would need. This condo has a fabulous view of the ocean and beach. From the balcony you can see the beautiful sunsets, as well as the fireworks on Friday nights. It is in the center of Waikīkī and close to everything you would need from shopping to restaurants. Highly recommended this condo!

The property was in a fantastic location and the check in was quick and easy. We had beautiful views and for being in a busy area, was quiet at night. I would stay here again!

Great clean condo. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. A few things that need fixing. The patio door is difficult to open. The vertical blinds are nearly impossible to open and close. The garbage disposal is extremely loud. It sounds like something is loose.

Our stay was great with a very nice room and a view from the 8th floor towards the south, west and north. We overlooked a park and also had a ringside seat for the Friday night fireworks show at the Hilton. The location was convenient to the beach, swimming in the pool next door, covered parking and stores and restaurants. Work day traffic was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to easily drive to the sights we wanted to see.

This condo was the perfect location and perfect size for two people. Kitchenette and table ideal for our meals. There is a Starbuck's right next door 2 min walk from 8th floor condo. Roy's seafood steak house and Steak Shack 3 mins from condo. The beach right outside condo gate had two rental booths for swimming/surfing gear. Beach volleyball and pickle courts conveniently located on Waikiki Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay and wished we’d had another couple of days. Everything met my expectations. My wife wasn’t sure she wanted to spend part of our vacation in a city atmosphere but once we arrived she quickly realized how much there was to do around us there. We really enjoyed the views from the balcony and being able to just take the elevator down and be at the beach or the pool in 60 seconds. My only very minor issue involved check in/out but this was just due to either vague or incorrect information from the workers. If that’s all I have to complain about then I’d say I had a great time.

This is a small studio that has ALL the basics… comfy bed, small kitchen area, washer and dryer, decent bathroom. And… location, location, location! Right on the beach by a part. Great little balcony for ocean and people watching, and fireworks watching on Friday. Lots of food options nearby. We loved it!!

We spent nearly a week in Waikiki and were grateful for the location and proximity of this condo to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and much more. The unit itself could use some updating but the views from the balcony were perfect and the in-unit laundry was extremely convenient. There was also minimal noise which was nice given the bustling location. Pros: - Location - Balcony Views - In-Unit Laundry - Kitchen - Comfortable Bed - Owner was extremely responsive Cons: - Unit could use some updating (windows/blinds) - Check-in process was at a different location which was confusing at first but easy to overcome especially with clear instruction All in all, we would recommend this place for a couple if you want to be right on the ocean but also in a prime location. We would stay here again.

Had a great stay at this well maintained unit in an awesome location on the beach. You can’t get any better than stepping out of the building directly on to the beach. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great base camp to explore from. Nice little beach. Bring supplied chairs and umbrella or go to end of building and rent chaise lounge chairs and umbrella for 60 for the day. Get ten off for early bird. Get another five off showing your room key.

The best location on Waikiki. Large green space 71 acres (Fort DeRussey Museum) adjacent to Waikiki Shore. Unobstructed view of beach. All units face the beach. The lower room numbers are closer to the beach. If unit is managed by Outrigger you can use the pool next door. Our unit 805 was spotless and trouble free during our stay. Thirty eight year airline employee, traveled a lot, this building is one of the best.

Stayed here for the view. And we weren't disappointed. Saw fireworks from Hilton lagoon from the balcony. And witnessed a seal swim up to shore and sunbath the day away. The Beach is an elevator ride and steps away. And personal beach chairs and umbrella. No need to spend extra $$ for rentals. Condo Checkin Staff very friendly had excellent recommendations & were very helpful with a luggage storage issue. This place was the highlight of our trip we never wanted to leave the balcony. Donna checked in with us during our stay and was response time was timely to my questions. Definitely stay here. I would have stayed here longer.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The condo was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the fireworks from the lanai just as they advertised. The view was spectacular. It made our week even that much more special as we were there to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Donna was amazing to work with as well. She was so quick to respond anytime I contacted her. Would definitely stay again. We even contacted Donna the day we left to try and stay an extra week. Too bad it was rented already. Thank you so very much!

The location is amazing and the building and the apartment have been recently updated. Donna's place is clean and well-appointed and she is a very responsive host. We've stayed at her place before and we'll definitely stay there again. The sunset views are unbeatable and the Koa Oasis, about 100 yards from the building, makes some of the best Mai Tais on the island. As a bonus, the view from the lanai of the Friday night fireworks couldn't get any better!
