Great stay! Host was very helpful and responsive. Unit was well equipped and in a great location. Easily accessible to great sights of Honolulu and Waikiki. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo with a view. Very nice appliances, furniture bed and location. It had it all. Free parking was a bonus! It was nice to have beach chairs, cooler and snorkel/fins we could use. Very quiet building. And we always like a king bed! The only negative (and out of the owners control) was the lanai was closed because they were working on the outside of the building. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside or at least open a women.

Check-in instructions were clear and easy. Condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beautiful view and convenient location! The building itself is quiet and very safe.Modern kitchen and accessible bathroom. It was so nice having a water dispenser & ice maker in the fridge!King bed was very comfortable, pull-out bed was a typical pull-out -- teenager didn't complain. We appreciated that it was already made up into a bed when we arrived. On-site parking garage is spacious and convenient -- much appreciated in Honolulu where parking can be very difficult. Owner reimbursed the parking fees and quickly responded to questions.We really enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The best ever staycation ever had.

Firt the owners had great communication. We were frustrated that the balcony was closed due to renovations and the window was quite dirty obstructing the view. There was also very loud construction going on in the unit above. Nothing our owners could control but something we would have liked to know about before hand. We would not have stayed knowing this, but the owners did what they could to make it up to us and even offered to let us leave with a partial refund. Otherwise the location is great and just minutes from being in the water or lagoon. The kitchen and bathrooms had all we needed and enough space for our family of 4. We recommend you bring your own snorkel mask and shoes to walk on the rocks in the water at waikiki at low tide. Overall had we had access to the balcony to see the fireworks a little better and a chance to enjoy the scenery a little clearer we would have given 5 stars.

We had an amazing stay at this place in Honolulu! The apartment was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach with a stunning ocean view right from the unit. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

Todd is so helpful and quickly responds. His home has all the necessities and more than other VRBO properties in the area. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, beach, and watch the gorgeous sunsets! The labia was under construction but Todd shared this in advance and even though it was noisy during the day we didn’t have any issues. I hope we can return and stay at Todd’s place soon.

The lanai was under construction and had been since 5/13; we checked in 6/10. There was ample time to contact us to let us know that this very important part of the condo could not be used. That was not communicated to us. Todd did respond immediately about this saying he thought they were done with this unit; the warning posted in condo shows that all the work on the stack of lanais must be completed before any could be used (see attached photo). We had workers jack hammering outside the glass doors. Even when they weren’t working directly on this unit, the noise reverberated through the entire building. When all the construction is done this will be a very nice rental but we would have made other arrangements if we had been told of this on going construction.

Great location! Lots of nearby entertainment options from rainbow in the morning to the fireworks. It was amazing.

Wasn't given a heads up that the balcony would be closed before my arrival, and it was a bit strange waking up to worker's outside your 13th floor window lol. BUT other than that it was an ok stay.

We needed accessible accommodations and this worked nicely for us. For this holiday my mom was using her ewheelchair and a rented rollator. She was able to move about without issue. The condo had all the amenities just like a hotel. The bonus for us was the washer and dryer. The condo was a perfect location for walks along Waikiki or exploring the rest of Oahu by car. We loved our stay and the condo was a big part of that. If I had any questions, and I did, the Host was easy to contact and all my questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend this listing.

Absolutely perfect location and great spot to stay! The apartment was exactly as described and served its purpose perfectly! Super happy with the stay.

There was no dishwasher, but the easy-to-use washer/dryer and garbage disposal were convenient. The view was great, but the noise at night was a concern. The parking fee can be refunded later, but a receipt is required and cannot be attached from the reservation app. It will be sent from a computer.

This location is perfect for us. Located on the North end of Honolulu, so most is in walking distance for us. The view of the marina is pretty with the sunset. The Hilton Lagoon and beach are easy walking distance. The condo is wonderful with upgrades that set this unit apart. Will be looking to rent here again.

Some outstanding features, a few that were just okay. The view from the property is outstanding as long as you don't look down. The boat marina has lots of floating trash and no sign that it is ever cleaned, The balcony is postage stamp size, barely adequate for two chairs and a bar stool size table. The unit is sufficiently spacious, no dresser or other furniture with drawers except the two small bedside tables. The closet was adequately sized and were able to hang our clothes. The kitchen is adequate, everything worked as expected. The walls between units are thin and we could hear the neighbors on both sides. The furniture is definitely very dated. The washer/dryer, a major consideration for us because we were there for two weeks, could not have worked better. The location is great. We walked to Waikiki Beach several times, both along the highways and, in part, on the boardwalk along the beach. Distance to and from the Moana Surfrider is about 5 miles. Good exercise and great for people watching along with many name brand stores to visit. Ubiquitous ABC stores. Getting in and out of the parking garage was easy and the location is great as a start or conclusion for exploring the island. The owner reimbursed me as promised, super responsive, for the total cost of parking. Several good restaurants within walking distance although we did us Lyft to return a couple of times, grocery stores a short drive away. Would definitely consider this unit again.

We had a very nice stay, everything was just like in the pictures. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our vacation in Hawaii. Near various restaurants and Alo Moana Park. We had a car during our stay, and it was very easy to park in the garage.

Condo matched ad pictures down to the telescope. Ad did not mention the sliding divider between bedroom and living room. The divider is a great idea! No directions for anything..where to dump garbage...how to leave condo at end of stay (strip bed? start a load of towels..what to do with left-overs such as unopened pop, juice, etc.) Unclear about maid service...reservations mentioned maid service schedules could not be changed, but never had any service during stay. t-paper ran low & had to buy our own. Had a lot of jokes about the bidet..none of the ladies had ever tried or even seen one! The above are not gripes or complaints, just some things to think about just to improve on an excellent condo. Overall it is a great condo!!! Mahalo!

We as a family of four stayed very comfortable here but my kids are both under 10, it might be little tight for family with older kiddos as there aren’t much free space left once sofa bed is set. Unit has everything you would need on a family trip, nice kitchen, washer/dryer and parking was nice. Only negative comment is for building itself, very thin walls so we could hear neighbors talking on the other side of wall over the head of bed very loudly, also everything people above us were doing,, such as pulling chairs and walking

Great location with very convenient parking and view of ocean and Friday fireworks. Close to elevators. Go to Pau Hana for Hawaiian music and Hula if they have it. Really a nice condo. Had everything you could want.

The building is old, but respectably maintained, with the exception of the lack of fresh air… poor design. Most of the unit’s furnishings were old and dirty in comparison to the beautiful staged photo on the VRBO website. Dishes and flatware appeared streaked from poor washing techniques… no dishwasher. Large dead roach on the floor next to our bed. The balcony is tiny and sitting there allows one to see the boat marina up close… actually the water surrounding the boats at the base of the building were floating in trash… Sad to see this level of social decay in Hawaii.

View was great and as shown in listing. Communication with Todd was excellent. Would have preferred to pay a deposit rather than the full amount a year before our visit. Condo was nicely decorated, but it could use a thorough cleaning and freshening. In downtown Honolulu with nice park in walking distance; very convenient parking.

This VBRO location was perfect! We enjoyed our time and was very pleased with our accommodations. Easy check in and check out, convenient location clean and they had everything needed in the room for us. I will and have already started recommending your location.

The view from this condo was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous views from the window and the sliding glass door. The location was nice too because you could walk to nearby restaurants, head over to the Hilton Hawaii Village, or go to the beach; all within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable too.

We enjoyed seeing the Friday night fireworks being shot off from the beach at the nearby Hilton Hawaiian Village. We did a whale watching tour which left from the marina that we overlooked and it appeared that several other boat tours also left from there. We used the Waikiki Trolley to get around which worked pretty well once we figured out the schedule. The bed was super plush. We would stay here again.
