No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

It is a satisfying level with storage, shower, king size bed, etc. The interior has a good taste and is not overly decorated. Captain Cook, Vincent, was very helpful when we were in trouble. It would be great if I could make a reservation here next time.
