Construction Notice 10/20/25: Exterior spall working is currently scheduled for 11/3 - 12/17/25 and painting work is currently scheduled from 8/10 - 9/4/26. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule.

Ilikai Marina is at the gateway of Waikiki at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard. Located right around the corner from the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center and-of course-Waikiki Beach. There is a shared & paid laundry facility on the 8th floor. Parking is available in the building for an additional cost. The Ilikai Marina is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in. Parking is available for $33/day *rates subject to change
Activities abound! Waikiki's large, white-sand beaches are minutes away. Ala Moana Beach Park is just a five-minute saunter away. World-renowned Ala Moana Shopping Center is only a ten-minute walk. Taking the street route, you can stroll through Waikiki, passing world-class stores. The beach route takes you from the Ilikai Marina, past Fort DeRussy and the Army Museum, to the historic Royal Hawaiian Hotel where you can relax with a cool drink and listen to traditional Hawaiian music in the evening. There's also an abundance of night life in Waikiki!

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $33 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

The condo was very functional, a lot of storage space. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Great view of the mountains. The AC worked well. I turned it off as requested and once I came back and turned it on, it cooled the place down quickly. The building and parking is very convenient to get to, close to Ala Moana Shopping center, beach and parks. Lots to do within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
Great location, clean, nice studio
I had a pleasant 2 week stay at the Ilikai Marina condo. The kitchen was a bit small, but that said it was one of the only ones in the area with a stove and oven that made it more suitable for a longer stay. The location was nice, a bit on the quieter side of Waikiki and about 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of the action.
Bathroom and kitchen Cabinets have a permanent cockroach infestation with mold and strong unhealthy odor.
Everything we needed at a good price. Location is on the quieter side of Waikiki. Parking available for $1 an hour just outside. Dealing with the management was great.
