《As basic information on this room》
-Full-Furnished with:
2 Full size bed(in bed room), 1 Sofa bed, Coffee Table, Round table, Chairs, TV.
*When the number of the guests is one, just one bed in bed room will be made.
Also, Max 6 guests can stay in this unit. Then, 4 guests sleep in 2 full-sized beds and 2 guests sleeps at a sofa bed. No additional bed.
-Basic kitchenware:
Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Pan, Pot, Electric stove, Refrigerator, Microwave etc.
There is a kitchen space and basic kitchenware.
You can enjoy a little cooking during your stay, not like hotel.
In Waikiki, all ingredients are expensive. I hope this kitchen space will help you.
-Bath amenities:
Bath towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer.
*No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc.
*We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay(and cleaning floor). Please use coin laundry in this condominium's common area when you need to wash it.
If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest.
If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest

This is private unit and you will not share bedroom / bathroom / kitchen with anyone. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in this condominium unit.
and building common areas are shared with residents and other guests.

【Other Very Important Notes before booking】
** This room is NOT HOTEL, HOTEL COND ROOM**
This condominium is a building which residence also stay(*Airbnb is permitted).
So there is NO hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.
If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations.
*I put the colorful sheets for pictures. But depending on cleaning cycle, I'm not sure which color sheets I put when you stay.
≪Possibility of entering this listing during stay≫
The listing unit may be required due to building management and security for emergencies and some maintenance like AC, door code, pest control etc.
These maintenance schedules are notified at the last minute by building and the building accept any requests for chaining date/time.
So, the building maintenance or we may enter the unit for it during your stay even though we announce it as soon as possible.
Guests do not need to wait in the unit for the maintenances and can follow guest's schedule.
We cannot accept cancellations due to the maintenance access, so please make a reservation if you can agree to this.
≪The number of the guests≫
Please select the exact number of guests when you make a reservation.
This also changes the number of beds we will prepare.
No visitor. Only guests at booking are allowed to enter the room. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
≪Sounds from Restaurant≫
This listing is on 4FL.
And, there is a steak restaurant "chart steak house".
The restaurant sometimes plays music during dinner hours, and since your room is on the 4FL, we can hear the music a little in the unit too.
Therefore, this room may not be suitable for people who definitely spend quiet time 24 hours here or people who are sensitive to such noises.
I'm going to be honest about this, so please take this into consideration when making your reservation.

Early check-in fee is $30+Tax
Late Check-out
until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax
until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax
after 2:00pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee
*You may not able to do early check-in and late check-out because of prior or next guests.
