WG 220 - Charming studio in wonderful Honolulu with WiFi and AC - Sleeps 3

Cons: —The room was more run down than I was expecting. —There was only lukewarm water from the shower throughout my 6-day stay. —Both the shampoo and body wash was finished when I arrived. Neither had been refilled. Pros: —The location is excellent. —The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. —There’s a full kitchen in the room: stove, fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, etc. —The 2nd floor bar is fun.

The room was on an alley so we couldn’t have our windows open at night because it was so noisy. The air-conditioning ran extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep.. The floors had sand upon arrival and the handles to the kitchen drawers and the bathroom were dirty.The pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed was nice.It was an excellent location. They provided a lot of towels, including beach towels, boogie boards, ironing board, umbrella, blow dryer which was very nice. Including all the kitchen essentials.

Was a decent place. But 3 days into trip microwave stopped working, and stove top hot plate thing took forever to heat up, eneded wasting a lot of food $$, and time on this. Also had construction going on in the am, was told, o its ocer at 3 everyday, i was on vacation not a good deal when trying to relax. Didnt get much help from owner , would not stay here again because of that.

Dishes were dirty and no warning about the coffee maker that clearly over flows regularly by the mess I cleaned up in addition to mine. Some regular drinking glasses would be nice as well. Not really good for 3 adults. Pull out bed is old and not level.

Perfectly situated in Waikiki. The unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay. Front desk and other staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool. Host very responsive. We will come back to Oahu and hope to stay there again

Bring earplugs. The AC rattles very loudly all night long.

I would totally stay here again! Having direct access to the beach was amazing and having shops nearby was a huge plus. Check in was a breeze and the host was friendly and communicative.

This is in a great spot & close to everything around Waikiki. We only had one big issue during our stay. Power was lost in our building & nobody came around to inform us of the issue. After using the contacts provided it still took some time to actually speak to someone. The outage lasted approximately from 3:30 am-6:30 pm which sucked as I had work to do while on vacation. The management team sent me an email stating that we’d receive a 75 refund to which we still haven’t seen yet. But besides that one issue. The place is really nice & cozy. We’d definitely give this place another try in the future. All in all, great location & nice lil room. The staff needs a bit more training on how to handle any future issues to get information to their guests.

We had a pleasant stay overall. There was a minor plumbing issue, but it was promptly addressed the next day. We appreciated the quick response.
