Exterior Painting & Spalling Repair Project at Ilikai
The Ilikai building has begun a major exterior improvement project, including spalling repairs and full exterior painting, carried out by a licensed contractor. This is a large-scale project for the entire building and is expected to take approximately 1.5 to 2 years to complete.
Project Timeline for This Unit: August 2026 – October 2026
Work Hours:
Construction work is generally limited to 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM in accordance with building rules. However, if there are weather-related delays, contractors may begin work as early as 8:00 AM on certain days to stay on schedule. During work hours, there may be increased noise and dust in the surrounding area.
Lanai Access:
Please note that the lanai will be inaccessible during this period due to scaffolding and safety requirements.
Privacy Notice:
For your privacy and comfort, we recommend keeping the curtains closed during work hours, as workers may be present on or near the lanai.
By proceeding with this reservation, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of the construction project and its potential impact. We will not offer any refunds, compensation, or cancellation fee waivers for reasons related to the construction.
This spacious unit offers 500sf interior + a large 120sf lanai, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and generous granite countertop space.
The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a large 60” TV, and AC to keep you cool year-round.
The sleeping area includes a king-size bed, ample closet space, and blackout curtains for restful naps.
The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower, tile flooring, and a granite vanity.
Located in the heart of Waikiki, you are just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Ala Moana Center.

- NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach parasols are provided. They can be purchased/ rented from a 3rd party company. Please research and rent items at your responsibility.

Clean unit, great communication, and convenient location!
The condo was in a great hotel, nicely centered between Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana. That made it very convenient to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and ready upon my arrival, and met all my needs during my extended stay.
We greatly enjoyed the location, felt safe and comfortable in the unit, and enjoyed the city views. The unit had everything we needed and the AC worked great.The only two minor complaints we had were that the toilet continuously ran throughout our entire stay, and the dishwasher seemed to only run half of the time we’d attempt starting it.Overall we had a pleasant stay here!
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: room was outdated and if renting a car the self parking location was not convient and valet parking was costly.
Great location with easy check-in. Property was well stocked to meet our needs. Room was not as clean as expected and smelt of mildew coming from I believe the air conditioner.
