The Ala Moana Hotel, attached to the Ala Moana shopping center, is the largest and most prestigious outdoor shopping plaza in Hawaii!The hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki, a six-minute walk to the beach and shopping centers.
The Ala Moana Hotel is a luxurious 4-star resort with exclusive facilities. The modern lobby area offers luggage storage and an on-site convenience store. There is also a Starbucks in the hotel! The stunning pool deck is perfect for relaxation with unlimited usage of beach towels.

When you arrive at the Ala Moana hotel. At the front desk , you will
need to pay a-one-time check-in fee of $50.00 and a $35.00 daily resort fee (per group, not per person) are required.
These fees include unlimited access to the resort’s recreation deck, pool, beach towels, gym and sauna room.
Payment must be made directly at the hotel front desk upon check-in.

Stay was everything we expected and the communication was great from the JED team.
Really enjoyed staying here. Lots of amenities. Clean and cozy!
I will be reporting this listing to VRBO and the Property Registration Number. 2/21 JED left me a voicemail stating “we have an emergency like the whole floor is uh its all flooded” 2/22 VRBO support contacted the host stating the “pool was flooded”. 2/24 Jade asked me “Hello, Chris, Thanks for the reservation. Based on the Ala moana hotel, the hotel will charge one time 50 dollars check in fee and 25 dollars per day resort fee. Are you going to be ok with that ?” 2/27 Jade did not cancel the reservation and told me to cancel. "But, the VRBO may say it will be a fee for cancelation. Please ignore it and still cancel the reservation. I contacted the Ala Moana hotel manager Lawrence and he said he would know and there has been no flooding on floors, no flooding at the pool. Also no renovation. Jade would have known about renovations when I made the listing and not have asked me about hotel $25 fees. I am not able to find another hotel within 24 hours without huge cost. Reporting listing.
