The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's Waikiki, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely! Close to everything, awesome parking, updated, clean, and roomy! The toilet flush handle sticks and then runs, so you have to remember to unstick it. I asked for more conditioner but didn’t get it, and had no response. I did get a parking ticket the first day when checking in, and therefore, I would’ve liked a bit more detail on parking for check-in, something like “park in the 3 minute unloading zone right in front of Regency On beach Walk,” and I could’ve avoided the ticket. I still recommend this place highly!
Great location in heart of Waikiki. Close to beach, shops, sights, etc
Clean and very spacious room with the most comfy bed and towels. Great location with groceries close by that was walkable anywhere around Waikiki. Parking included was a plus and it was less than a 5 minute walk away in a safe lot. My only regret was only staying 5 nights and relocating to a hotel for the last 2 nights, this place was better than a hotel by far.
Host was very responsive, 5 min walk to the beach . Space not that big but it’s perfect for a couple I would visit here again . Thank you Paul !

Three of us stayed at the property and were very pleased; the condo was well located close to everything in downtown Waikiki, and worked out well. Bedroom divider provided good privacy and our adult daughter slept on the sofa bed, which worked out OK. Overall everything was good.

It is in a fantastic location, walkable to the heart of Waikiki. A huge perk is the parking spot just one block away. Lahaina Ice is next door and serves up the best shaved ice which you can enjoy every day of your stay while taking an easy walk to the beach.
