You'll feel relaxed in the comfort and convenience of this modern, fully-furnished 4th-floor, two-bedroom, one-bath corner condo (693 sqft plus two lanais with tables and chairs, for a total of 910 sqft) at the Regency on Beachwalk, right in the heart of Waikiki and steps from the best beaches, fun outdoor activities, top restaurants, night life, unparalleled shopping at Waikiki Beach Walk, and just across the street from Ka La'i Waikiki Beach Hotel!
The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like BLT Steak Waikiki, Roy's, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin-operated washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block to the beach!

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Location worked out perfectly for us. The coffee machine in the condo was broken and our contact brought a new one right over.
Nice property, easy access to beach and walking distance to all amenities.
It was a nice stay. Overall great! Clean, great location! The pillows were too firm and high for me, and the mattress was uneven, but I was still able to sleep okay.
This place was perfect for our family - very clean and spacious and located near a lot of great places!
The place is in great proximity and walking distance to everything. The unit was comfortable and spacious. Although the balcony overlooks a busy street during the day, it was beautiful at night. The unit does need a little sprucing as the furniture is a little dated and worn. The kitchen table definitely needs to be replaced or adjusted as it was unsturdy and we could not enjoy a meal together. The bidet is a nice feature and added bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed the unit and would definitely rent this space again.
I came to Hawaii for my daughter’s wedding at Turtle Bay and Kualoa Ranch. Afterward, my son and I stayed at The Regency on Beachwalk. The location is excellent and near almost everything. Needless to say, we had a great time.

Really nicely appointed place to stay in a perfect location. All the things you need and some things you don't, but are sure nice to have. Beds were comfy, nice seating and accessories for the beach were on the balcony. Often a major inconvenience in a vacation home is little consideration for parking. A parking pass to the extremely convenient Hale Koa lot is included. Would absolutely stay here again

Wonderful from start to finish
Location was perfect for for the beach, shopping, food and fun. The condo was bright, clean and beautiful, a perfect match for Hawaii. We had one guest on the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable which was an added bonus. Overall A+ rating

Reviewer Comments: The only parking is a lot about a mile away and you're only allowed one free vehicle. The second one is $79/Day. View from master bedroom is of an alley with overflowing dumpsters and service vehicles. Sliding door on bathroom didn't close all the way. No laundry facilities at all. The entrance is on a glorified service alley. Won't stay here again and I don't recommend it to anyone.

We loved the location! So close to the beach, shops, restaurants and shaved ice!! The place was very clean and fit our family of 6 well.
This place was great for our family of 4. It's very close to the beach. We appreciated the small balcony for our breakfast. The parking lot was a huge plus as it wasn't far and was gated. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will come again

Lovely place, super close to everything in Waikiki. The place is well-appointed and one of the more comfortable VRBO properties we have stayed in. The check-in and check-out experience was super easy. Could not recommend this place more highly
