A View to Die for! 3 bedroom 3 bath on the sand at Waikiki Beach

The view and location are the best in Waikiki! Glass doors surround the entire living space and can be opened complete to the balconies. Location is close to many shops and restaurants. Note that two of the bedrooms are formed by sliding partitions from the main living space.

Be ready to get overwhelmed by the magnificent 180 degrees views of Waikiki Beach and the Pacific Ocean! The apartment literally is directly above the sand, seriously!Thank you Tommy, he was very responsive and personable throughout our stay to ensure the best experience! The 3 room set up and the 3 bathrooms were perfect for my family of 6 including my 3 young adults and one of their boyfriends.

The unit was perfect for our family (5 adults/3 kids). The view was truly amazing and can be seen from all 3 rooms. I loved how the room closest to the kitchen had a window that fully opened (no screen) to the ocean and had a view of Diamond Head. I had the sofa bed right against this window so it felt like I was sleeping on the beach so close to the waves. You can actually hear the waves everywhere in the unit. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen necessities and had an abundance of towels/beach towels. It’s in a perfect location right next to the Outrigger. You can easily walk over to the pool and they also have an ABC Store, as well. Beach Walk and Kalākaua Ave were also a very close walking distance. It was wonderful to have a perfect view of the fireworks on Fridays. Our family felt so special on our balcony while other people were packed on the beach below waiting for the show (7:45 PM). The parking space was close to the elevators making it easy to leave and return. Sunrises/sunsets were a dream! Overall, we were very happy and comfortable. A few small cons: the windows had handprints when we first arrived and light fixtures had a dust layer on them. Made us a bit worried what else wasn’t cleaned that wasn’t visible but there were cleaning supplies available to use. The washer/dryer combo had some issues and showers were a dated. Overall, nothing to ruin our stay. When giving feedback at the end, Tommy was very responsive and eager to make them right. A great host!

We absolutely loved our stay in Tommy and Tracy’s condo. The condo has amazing views, was stocked with everything we could need from kitchenware to linens, the beds were so comfortable, and Tommy and Tracy were always just a call or message away if we needed them. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here.

We will come back again and again. Best suitable for us, 3 families. Best location on the Waikīkī beach close to everywhere and beach road. Beach front with excellent sunset and fire works.

Can't beat the location - spent lots time starring at the view. Handy location to shops and cafes etc. It was Christmas Time so would of been nice to see a Christmas Tree in the room as we were away from home for Christmas (just a thought for next time). Also there was no where to listen to music so a little speaker would be nice also.Overall loved it thank you!

The place was spectacular. From location to the details inside. Everything was comfortable from the beds to the appliances. Enought of everything amd if there was something we needed it was a simple reach out. Communication was best we have experienced, and very thourough. The beach was an elevator ride away with a very delicious teriyaki grill spot downstairs. Sunsets are speachless and the fireworks show was a great start to our trip!

We were blown away by the fabulous 3-sided view from this penthouse. Our party included my husband and me, our son, his wife and his two children, 13 and 10. Their main thing was the surfing, which they did right in our backyard every day. The beach was beautiful and we were also convenient to the main downtown area with its shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Pearl Harbor, climbing Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay, and a self guided circle tour of the island. The surfing family went to Wai Kai water park, and on a boat ride where they viewed sharks from a cage. We really did it all and it was a very successful family vacation.

This property was every bit of what it described as plus some. We had a group of 7 and every single one of us loved it more each day we spent there. Clean, beautiful, the beds were fantastic, views spectacular, the location was amazing and the list goes on and on. Tommy is great to work with and communicates like a champ. He is very proud of his property and he should be - it is very well taken care of and the love permeates the property. We'll be returning!!

We chose Tommy’s property because he offers 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms with the spectacular view, which was perfect for us a family of 7. Conveniently located and commutation with the host was swift. The unit was well equipped including a rice cooker that came in handy. Would stay there again for sure.

This trip was an early birthday present for my mother who is turning 90 in December. Her favorite place to visit is Oahu. We loved it so much, and it was difficult to go home. The condo: this condo has everything. All you need is your clothing and groceries. And it is stunning! When we entered the condo, we all said "WOW" in unison! My boyfriend got goosebumps. The views are stunning (the photos don't do it justice), and you're steps away from the beach. The 10-minute fireworks display on Friday evening, while sitting out on the balcony, shouldn't be missed. When looking for accommodations for this trip, I had a three-item wish list that I really didn't expect to find. This condo had all three: bidet toilets (don't knock it till you've tried it), a walk-in shower with grab bars (perfect for my mother) and mini-splits in all spaces. The host: Tommy is amazing! He's such a wonderful and gracious person. He gave us recommendations and was so incredibly helpful and kind. Fantastic location. Right on Waikiki Beach. Spectacular views with the Friday night fireworks visible from the balcony. Tommy has condiments in the cabinets—-which is very helpful. Excellentcommunication with the owner Will recommende the property to friends

We have stayed in this building before, the location is wonderful. The beds in this unit were very nice. The unit had a few minor issues (tub had a very slow drain so it filled up during shower) and one of the sliding doors would not close all the way. The maintenance was fixed right away. The furniture was a bit worn, but could be expected for a rental that gets this much traffic. The manager was very communicative.

We brought the whole family including grandkids to celebrate our retirement. The views were everything we expected and more, the kids said they felt like millionaires The condo was well equipped and had ample towels and linens for our 7 day stay. Tommy was super accommodating and responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

The Condo has a truly amazing view. The proximity to the beach and Waikiki Activities is perfect. The owner/property manager was very responsive. Fantastic stay!

We spent a week at this property including two families - 4 adults and 3 children. The check-in process was super easy, the property managers were responsive the one time we needed them, and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and the views were unbelievable. We even got to watch sea turtles and a couple of monk seals hang out in the water and on the beach just below the unit. The owners were also extremely helpful with preparation for our trip, and the unit is well stocked including beach chairs and umbrellas. Highly recommend!!

Apartment was directly at the beach, 9th floor with an amazing view, couldn't get any better. Place was spacious, clean and in good condition. We were a group of 8 adults and felt comfortable. Would go there anytime again!

First, the owners are very responsive and friendly. They have a lot of local suggestions. Second, the property is breathtaking; views are amazing with the huge balcony with all external walls as windows, the beds are comfortable, the full kitchen for families is wonderfully convenient and stocked, access to next door's hotel pool and hot tub was awesome, three bathrooms and a washer/dryer makes it super easy for getting cleaned up for 7 people, a private garage with an assigned parking spot made life easy, per/room air conditioning units is wonderful, and so much more. Third, the location can't be any better because everything is in walking distance (even for kids) which minimizes the need to drive and find parking. The beach was only steps away. We will surely be back if schedule permits.

Such a great location for our 8 people family vacation! Steps from the beach, but right in the heart of Waikīkī. Hard to beat the perfect view!
