It is a nicely furnished studio with new cabinets and granite counters, a full kitchen, and a large lanai. It is SO close to the beach that you can watch the surfers as you sip your morning coffee (unless YOU are surfing, too).

This 334-square-foot studio has a queen bed and is perfect for one or two people. There are two elevators to service the building; we're on the ninth floor, and there are only six units per floor.
For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to your room.
Though it is on the smallish side, it is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay in paradise. It features an ocean view lanai, a new air conditioner, a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters, a full-size refrigerator, stove, free personal WIFI, broadband internet, flat-screen TV with cable, all linens and towels, a microwave, toaster, hair dryer, and coffee maker.
Because the condo faces the northwest, it is not blasted by the sun during the day and usually provides a comfortable temperature. The unit has air conditioning and a fan when needed. If you have a late night on the town, you'll appreciate the new room-darkening drapes when you want to sleep late the next day, or for a nice siesta after a morning at the beach and a relaxing lunch.
Honolulu has the best weather on the planet! We get lots of sun, and our average daily temperature only varies slightly (nine degrees F, five degrees C) between Summer and Winter.
It is a great location for those who love the outdoors. The beach is across the street, where you can surf, boogie board, catch some rays, and swim; the lovely Kapiolani Park is a great place to walk, run and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if lying on the beach is your choice for exercise!
We have a Walk Score of 88, and the only reason it isn't higher is that they factor in schools. A rental car is not required because everything is so close. However, you have many options if you choose to visit places not within walking distance: many car rentals, Uber, Turo, local taxis, tour companies; the Honolulu bus service is a 5-minute walk.
The building has limited parking; we can assist you rent a space. Parking is not included in the rent. Public parking is available in the neighborhood.
The Seashore building is not fancy; it has no front desk, waterfalls, or valet parking. However, it is the closest you can get to the beach in a vacation rental. Some of the Beach Boys who work at the surf rental/lesson places on Waikiki Beach live in the building. Do not be surprised if you see sandy footprints in the elevators! There is a surf shop on the ground floor and another right next door (along with a couple of restaurants), so there are usually people without shirts and shoes hanging around or working at the surf shop. So, if you are uncomfortable around surfers, another building would be better.
Our unit is a great home base for exploring the island. Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Honolulu Aquarium, Pearl Harbor, Chinatown, the big waves on the North Shore, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kailua, world-class golf courses and more are all easily accessible.
Whether you simply want to relax or see everything Honolulu offers, this is a great place to stay!

Everything was great nice place
Great spot! So much to do nearby! Steve was a very responsive host.
Pretty good
The host was great and the room was great. Just have a small issue with no running water in the shower got that taken care of and then had an issue with the air conditioner, but it wasn't a problem because I just hadn't turned it on. Otherwise the view was great. The room was great. The amenities are great I would definitely stay there again!

I was looking for a place to bring my son for his 13th birthday. I’ve been to Oahu twice and he wanted to come. He has some special needs so he wanted a good location, but didn’t require a lot of walking to reach places. The communication with the agency was incredible. I got so many reminder emails that I never felt like I had to dig through something to find the information. The instructions were very, very clear and easy to follow! They noticed my flight didn’t leave till later in the day and reached out about extending my checkout time! I was a little worried about the temperature in the room, but with the fan and the AC unit on at night, we were perfect! It had everything we needed and the shorefyre restaurant right below us was fabulous. We literally just walked across the street to the beach, which was perfect. It was a great getaway for us!
Location excellent, very easy access to beach, shops for food and retail, immersed in Honolulu life( markets, parades, music) but able to withdraw as well in condo. Great view and breeze on balcony. Arrangements easy with property manager. Thoughtful provision of what might be needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Location was excellent for walking distance to the convention center, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Definitely would recommend against renting a car if staying here. The location is perfect. Easy and relatively short commute to the airport via rideshare or taxi.
No frills, fair condition and awesome location.
I am sitting on our lanai looking out at Wakiki Beach. The surfers are patiently waiting for the perfect wave...What a morning.I can't say enough about this unit. The cost was super reasonable. The setup was perfect for two, good bed, blackout curtains, quiet,good shower.Then of course is the ideal location. Instructions were clear and Steve was incredibly helpful.We will come back.Mahalo

It was a great location for the beach and to shops in Waikiki.
Steve is a consummate professional host! He provides easy to understand information upfront and quick replies to questions when on site. The unit is soooo conveniently located with a good view of the beach and sunset.
Steve handled a few maintenance issues very well during our stay. We found that the bed was more comfortable than many hotel beds, so that made the stay well worth it on its own.
This condo is only a block away from the beach and located near tons of restaurants and activities right in the heart of Waikiki. Steve was extremely responsive and provided some great information before my arrival with things to do and places to go. The space is perfect for 1 person or a couple. If you are there on a weekend - look for free parking along the canal it’s only a few blocks away. The parking at the condo is limited and very tight spaces.
The room was perfect for us 2 adults. The kitchenette was great with enough dishes and beautiful cabinets and countertops. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of extra sheets and towels. Safe clean building. Fast elevators.Property manager was ready to reach and he stayed in touch.

I loved staying at this place. The studio was very clean. In addition to this, it's located next to a nice bar/restaurant (Shore Fyre). Finally, Steve was highly communicative and helpful when I had questions. Nice!
Great studio condo with views of Waikiki Beach. Communication from property manager clear and very helpful. Everyone you need and close to everything you could want. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed the room and the balcony. It was a size for a couple and had all the items we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The items for the beach were good, though we did not use them. We didn't use the air conditioner as the room has a nice temperature without it. The in and out procedure was easy, though it would be nice to have a code for the front door rather than a key. The only issue we had was the check out and leaving our luggage prior to our flight. Called David Pay as instructed in the information sheet - twice (one day prior and the morning of the departure) prior to departure and he never called back. We sent a message to Steve on email but he only got back at 4:00 pm (8 hours after check out time) so not very helpful. We also got conflicting information from Steve on leaving the luggage. The phone numbers on the information sheets and site are not accurate as it directed us to a different organization which had no clue who David Pay was. This check out issue lead to some unnecessary stress and confusion at the end.
Lots and lost of quality linens, towels pillows. Extremely clean. Fantastic comfortable bed. Kitchen has lots of quality everything you need to cook and serve meals. Really close to beach. Great wi-fi. the owner is very, very attentive to your comfort and needs. Perfect communication. Very highly recommended accommodation. We stayed one week in April 2024.
Cute little studio condo. Great location. Easy communication with Steve the owner who had tons of great information for us. Was great watching surfers from our lanai. We were always close to everything. Highly recommend!
This unit is so perfectly located in all aspects. The restaurant on the corner, Shorefyre is delicious. Just a short walk to anywhere of importance. Would loved to have stayed longer but it was already booked for the next week. *Thoughtful amenities were included also.
This place is as advertised. It is a small well maintained unit in a great location close to the beach. It is a good value for the price. Works out great as a place to come back to after a long day of exploring Waikiki. The owner is very attentive to addressing any issues or concerns to make sure the stay is as expected which is reassuring. Would recommend staying here if looking for a good place on a budget.
This property has a balcony with a great view of Waikiki beach, so we enjoyed beautiful sunrise and sunset. Property building is a bit dated and could probably with an update/sprucing. Inside the unit is fine.
GREAT little condo. Wonderful location. Fantastic communication with the owner and manager. The only problem is, it definitely needs a new mattress!!!
