Optional secure paid parking is available, and the home fully adheres to all short-term rental standards for Honolulu.
Unwind after a sun-filled day in this peaceful retreat tailored for comfort and connection. The main bedroom features a plush king setup, while the second room provides a welcoming queen bed - both designed to ensure restful nights. A queen sleeper sofa in the lounge adds flexibility, allowing up to six guests to enjoy the space comfortably.
The kitchen comes ready for anything from quick breakfasts to sit-down meals, equipped with full-size appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Laundry machines are conveniently located within the building for guest use.
Ideally positioned where Waikiki’s cafés, boutiques, and restaurants meet the beach, this private condo combines convenience with exceptional value in one of Honolulu’s most walkable areas.
Guests enjoy complete access to the residence throughout their stay. Optional covered parking is offered for $40 per day plus tax (maximum vehicle height 6’6”).
Base occupancy allows up to six people; an additional fee of $40 per guest per night applies for additional guests.

The primary guest must be 25 years or older and listed on the reservation.

We do our best to accommodate early arrivals whenever scheduling allows. The only guaranteed way to extend your check-in window is to add an extra night to your reservation.

- Authorizing a temporary $1,500 hold or choosing an optional third-party damage waiver ($79 for stays up to 10 nights, +$7 per additional night)

Property is close to Waikiki beach with many restaurants nearby. Unit is very basic with limited kitchen supplies, but was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. check-in process was a bit difficult. Had issues with accessing online platform, but eventually worked things out.
The host's messages demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiam. The host's response time was quick (like within 30 minutes). Check-in and Check-out instructions were easy to follow. The location is within walking distance to a variety of shops/restaurants and the property is clean and spacious. My guests and I had a great time being here.

Excellent location if you like Waikiki. Would stay again. Good communication with manager. 2 blocks from the beach. Nice place. Traffic is loud near the beach at all hours. Had to sleep with ear plugs on the 15th floor. Small issues: The bedroom carpet is about 10 years past worn out. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the bedroom ceiling fans. The Roku has zero subscriptions. Bring your own logons. Owner: Please buy a cheap stand alone shelf unit for the bathrooms. Large rooms with no place to put clothes you are changing into or out of.
First the good -Location is amazing , just two blocks from the beach. Throw on your bathing suit grab a towel and jump in the water.Perks , parking space with daily fee Near all the shops and restaurants 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 bedrooms- great for a family of 4 Beach towels provided The not so good stuff -Building is old , elevator broke down, water was out one day , smells old, needs some TLC and very noisy at night , homeless people in the alley, Limited kitchen supplies, ie no salt, pepper, coffee, etc But all that you can over look because of the beautiful ocean just steps from your room.They also only gave us one FOB to enter which was hard for a family of 4 , i requested a second FOB , told us that was the buildings policy one per reservation And then backtracked on the last day to say that the previous renter had lost one. That was really disappointing, But the location and size of the apt was great .

This condo was perfect for my family of 6. Check in was very easy. The number one thing I always look for when booking something is how clean the place is. This condo exceeded my expectations. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean. I liked that this place had beach chairs and an umbrella which was very useful for my teenagers and mom. The parking garage was a plus which fit my suv rental. The beach is a 3 min walk from the condo. I would recommend this place and would come back again. The host was very responsive but didnt have any concerns or issues. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this condo. Thank you for having such a great place for my family and I to enjoy our first Hawaii vacation.
Leaving a 4 star only because it is not the 4 Seasons. But it gets a 5 star for value.
If you are looking for a place to stay with nothing or limited amenities inside, this is the one and it's very spacious.It has no washer/dryer in the unit... the building has washers / dryers that can be used by anyone on the 3rd floor.
Nice and clean property
Convenient location. Few minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kitchen doesn’t have any basic condiment like sugar pkts for coffee. The condo is very old-style deco. Does not have the Hawaiian vibe. Definitely needs a makeover and upgrading. Both sliding doors are difficult and a pain to open due to rust and dirt at the bottom. The balcony rails are covered so you can’t enjoy the scenery sitting down. You can see partial ocean view from the balcony standing up. Bathrooms are nice and roomy but needs more towel holders, shelves and hooks. No where to hang 4 wet towels after showering. The master bedroom mattress squeaks a lot. Needs to be replaced. Wifi was not working so I lost half a day’s work since I was on a work holiday. The elevator didn’t work one day. Being on 15th floor it was difficult for my 80-year-old partner to walk down the stairs. Also, I don’t like the early 10am check out. Most places are 11:00 am. I will not be staying here again. Not as nice as the pictures
Brought the family for a work trip. Location was ideal and the place was spacious and comfortable. Work and play all day!
This rental was absolutely perfect for our Hawaii vacation! Plenty of space, very well equipped with everything we needed including paper towels, soap, plenty of towels, extra blankets and bedding, with extras: beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which were VERY appreciated and even laundry detergent (!). There is a great laundry on the 3rd floor, very helpful since we did get dirty traveling around the island. Location is central to everything, we could walk to tons of shops and restaurants and Lyfts come within minutes. Beds were very comfortable and the ac units worked great! Felt very safe, the key fob is required to enter the property. Also lots of kitchen amenities, we were able to cook and there were even coffee filters for us. Owner checked in on us several times, communications were detailed and organized. Loved every minute of our trip, so happy we found this gem of a place. Thank you to the owners for making our trip truly perfect!
Property was perfect for our family of 5. Really liked being 2 short blocks from sand and crowds. We only experienced slight noise with the sliding doors closed with A/C on but was not overwhelming and any property in that area would experience the same. Views were good off the lanais. With having the kitchen and overall extra square footage, it was more comfortable than a normal hotel room.
