Clean one bedroom with Free Parking, WiFi, one block to Waikiki Beach!

Small quiet condo with peekaboo views of the ocean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The carpet and curtains definitely need to be replaced - the blackout curtains in the bedroom have so many holes that they are definitely not blackout anymore. The carpet is very stained and would be more hygienic if they change it out for vinyl or tile - BUT it didn’t ruin our stay. The kitchen was well equipped! Small but doable. Having a toddler it was a must that we found a place with a kitchen table and bathtub. Ample closet space and lots of hangers and a large dresser. You can’t beat the location - couple mins and you are at Waikiki beach and the area with the barrier break which is great to swim with little ones. The free parking was a must. The heated pool was lovely. We have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan before and we found the Waikiki Sunset to be more quiet and faster to get in and out of when it came to parking or accessing the elevators. This alone I would choose the sunset over the banyan. This condo is right next to the elevators and was so quiet! One thing we found quite unsettling was that the windows in the bedroom opened completely up and they are large windows - no lock or system to prevent a child from falling. One issue we found was that the water temperature for the shower/tub was always unpredictable- some days it was only cool water and some days it would get hot. Otherwise nice quiet cozy place.

Room was clean, one of the better condos I have rented in this building. Will definitely rent this one again.

The place was clean, close to everything and the 6th floor recreation deck with pool was lovely. Property managers are always friendly, accommodating and helpful. We love booking with Kaina Hale, and will be back next year!

Great property close to beach.

Easy access to beach. Free parking was a huge plus. As well as washing machine & dryer.

The condition of the unit was very disappointing. The blinds were in disrepair, the drapes in the bedroom was very worn with light filtering through, carpet stains and multitude of nicks & peeling paint.

Great location and suite facing front with view. Suite had many stains on carpets and drapes. Had beach chairs which was a plus. Outfitted well. Some damage to walls doors and carpets but didn’t affect our stay. Location close to beach and restaurants

The beds were awful and the blankets and sheets were too small for the bed so they kept coming off and not enough towels.

I could have stayed with hotel and had almost the same amenities 1.) Beach towels, there were 4 to use and all different shapes and sizes. 4 LARGE towels would have been nice for a week long stay2.) Bed Pillows, they were flat! This is a very inexpensive update you can do 2x a year based on how often this unit gets rented out. 3.) Bed linens were stained, again, replace and update4.) Curtains in bedroom have holes in them and are stained5.) Outdoor toys/equipment was a nice bonus, but the items were all pretty trashed, we used a boogie board once and it fell apart. Storing inside would be better.6.) Update kitchen items, would have loved a Keurig and an air fryer, otherwise it was ok. Happy to have coffee filters and some basics like aluminum foil available. Overall we would stay at the location again but maybe not rent this particular unit unless we knew updates had occurred.

They have some equipment like boogie boards, fins, stuff like that I feel needs to be replaced. Other than that I would stay here again!

We stayed 30 days and were quite comfortable here. It had everything we needed. Great location and at the quieter end of Waikiki.
