Beautiful property in a great location

This was an amazing place! The view was spectacular and so nice to sit out on the terrace both morning and night. Many amenities inside and out. We don’t do much cooking, but it had many items to do so if you wish. There were beach towels, sand chairs, a sun umbrella, cooler and beach mat that we used quite a bit. Also snorkel gear! Communication was wonderful! The suite was available early and this was relayed to us the day of check in which was very nice. Very clean and great location! Would highly recommend this for your stay in Kauai!

Lisa is great. She responds quickly and everything went well. We loved the location. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful place

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days for our honeymoon. This is a basement unit so there will be people above you. We luckily had a white noise machine to block some of the noise from the people staying above us. The kitchen is very limited

This place was Amazing I’m not sure I want to give it such a good review so it’s open for our next visit. Beautiful view great location and Lisa was Out Standing and so very prompt on any question we had.

Amazing stay! The views are awesome. There’s also a fridge / freeer in the garage we were able to use as well as beach equipment like sunbrel

This studio is beautifully appointed. The view over the bay is gorgeous and the sound of crashing waves on the rocks below is a wonderful background sound for a great night of sleep on a super comfy mattress. A five minute walk takes you to an elevator down to the level of a perfect swimming beach. Great restaurants at the adjacent Marriott resort but the unit is located centrally in Lihue so that you can easily drive to other activities, sights and good eating options around the island. We had a couple of glitches (with the washer/dryer and wifi) but Lisa was immediately available by email and worked to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

The property is beautiful and quite unique. It was quiet, had a great view and the location was perfect for us. We highly recommend this unique property. The only thing missing was ice so I suggest you pick some up if you're looking to make yourself an icy drink upon arrival!

Just finished our amazing stay at Breathtaking Oceanfront Suite! I would rate this place 10/10 on everything! Lisa goes above and beyond to making your trip easy and unforgettable! She does all the little things…LOTS of beach gear, tide pods, and the list goes on. The central location is perfect for exploring all areas on the island. And the view is unforgettable with the amazing lanai. This has been by far our favorite VRBO! Don’t waste anymore time looking for the perfect rental…this is it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful suite overlooking Kalapaki Bay. It is just as the pictures convey inside and out - beautiful condition and everything you need for your vacation. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck provide a magnificent view of the beach, bay and mountains as well as surfers and seals. Access to the beach and the Marriott restaurants was an added treat. The location was perfect to see the entire island. What an incredible hideaway! And the hosts were kind and most helpful.

Loved this spacious suite! We had everything we needed and loved the modern amenities! The whole wall opens to the outdoors! The bed was super comfy and towels were thick, new, and smelled so good! So many fun beach toys and chairs, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use them! Would highly recommend! The only thing missing was some ice and maybe a larger garbage can! Walked to Hualanis for an excellent dinner with a gorgeous view! Hope to visit again soon!

We loved seeing here for a week. It’s was centrally locally to go to the north or south side of the island. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. The hosts were accommodating with check in and checking out. We loved the beach equipment that we could borrow and the home was clean and spacious. The view was incredible! Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning an upcoming trip to Kauai!

Amazing place! Very modern decor with everything we could have asked for. Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower, lots of beach equipment and the view over Kalapaki Bay was beautiful. The only thing I could have asked for was more time to enjoy it all! We both highly recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Clean, beautiful, great location

Our family booked their time share in the Marriott so my wife and I booked this place so we could be a short walk from them. The place is perfect for two people looking for central hub to explore the island from. The finish is modern and bedroom opens to a beautiful lanai where we often enjoyed a cold beverage at sunset. Look forward to returning here again next year.

Sitting on a balcony overlooking a bay in shorts at midnight, a 12 foot tall sliding glass door that opens across the entire wall, a nespreso coffee maker, beautiful interior design, and a garage next to the front door with a full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, beach toys, umbrella, ice chest, and beach towels. It doesn’t get much better than this. Costco, many good restaurants, and the airport all within 3 miles. We had an amazing time!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and though we spent most of our days out, the the studio was the perfect place to fall asleep and wake up while on the island. We had everything we needed, the studio was clean, well appointed , comfortable and was absolutely Beautiful. Opening up the class doors in the morning and having coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this gem!

Nice unit, view of beach & port so if your interested in cruise ships you can watch them dock daily

We had a great stay. The condo is in a great location. The kitchen was very limited with a hot plate (not very hot) and a microwave.

Perfect vacation rental for a couple. Comfy bed. Unbeatable views. Well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, floaties etc. Access to the beach via an elevator. Probably the best vacation rental I've ever stayed at. Loves the musubi truck for a quick bite and jamming banana for coffee. Both are short walks.

We loved being able to open the window fully while opening up the unit to the Hawaiian breeze. The location worked well to go on adventures to the south or to the north. It's a comfortable bed, well furnished, and had fast Wifi for the occasional zoom call I could not escape. It's very nice to have access to the beach resort, and it's super easy to get access to the next-door pool/beach. I would recommend staying here.

This was our second stay in this property. We only stayed 4 nights last year that we decided to come back for a week. The place is stunning, clean, quiet, has amazing views and access to many amenities.

Great location, made it easy to get to all parts of the island. Great place, had everything we could have needed inside and a ton of beach equipment. Host was very helpful during our stay when we had a couple questions. Would definitely stay here again.

I always dreamed of staying at a room at Pali Kai. This room made my dream come true.

Overall was really nice but we saw a few cockroaches. The view was amazing and the area was really nice.

As a vacation rental host and guest, I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a better property. Do not hesitate in booking this rental, it was a perfect stay.

Property is just like the photos! My husband and I enjoyed 11 nights here and loved it! Great location if you are wanting to go all around the island. The host was great to work with.

Although the rain cannot be control the view from this property was amazing, communication with the owner was second to none, after realizing I booked the wrong dates I messaged the owner and she immediately got them changed for me. My wife loved the bathtub. The bath towels are so soft!! Very easy access to everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Being able to do laundry while here was very nice to limit dirty clothes while we travel to the next island. If we make it back to Kauai this place will be at the top of list for returning. Thanks for everything!

"Perfect" as an adjective actually doesn't do this property justice. Top to bottom, the unit is a VRBO unicorn as far as I'm concerned. Amazingly laid out and furnished and spotlessly clean are one good thing, but the astonishingly great view and proximity to crashing waves and natural entertainment is something you just don't normally find for less than $1k per night...much less. The neighborhood is also definitely upscale and you don't have to worry about keggers or knucklehead gatherings down the street. The road in from hwy 51 is about as pretty an entrance drive as you could possibly hope for. Can't say enough about this property or our host Lisa. Responsive, kind, accommodating, helpful...all the qualities you hope for in a VRBO, and frankly what VRBOs should aspire to. Thank you Lisa, perfect rental, much appreciated!

We loved everything about this place. The location was perfect especially for a golfer

We loved our stay! Spent each morning and evening on the deck watching sunrises, rainbows and stars. The unit was clean, modern, and perfect for us. We accessed the nearby beach many times and the Ocean Course next door. Our favorite part was the rocky cliff below that created the perfect crashing waves to fall asleep to. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I used this property as home base to tour some of the great spots in Kaui. It is very close to the airport for our early flight out. More importantly, there is no road on the very north of the island, so this location allowed us to do the south and west coast and Grand Canyon of the Pacific on one day, and the other day we did the east coast up to Princeville. The hardest part was leaving. It’s comfortable, clean and watching surfers and surf is so therapeutic! We stayed in and ate on the balcony one night to watch sunset. The place is well appointed with beach gear and a full size laundry which was nice as this was one stop of many on our trip. There were mention of steps. Yes, there are steps. I wouldn’t call them narrow. They are normal and easily navigable. We had 4 big heavy bags and were fine (50+)

This was the perfect spot for us and we would absolutely return to this property. Very comfortable, quiet, clean and well-stocked, with gorgeous views and easy access to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing about our stay was it was for only one night! Clean, comfortable and well decorated. The owners thought of all the little things, plenty of towels, make up wash cloths, paper towels, plastic utensils and silverware. We didn’t have the occasion to use them but they were there. Sea turtles viewed from the patio and it’s a quick walk to the shopping dining area via the elevator. I would definitely stay here again. Bed was amazing and the pillows provided were perfect. Very quiet area while we were there. 100%recommend.

Wonderful!!! I wanted to never leave. The patio, the bed, the shower, all of it was fantastic. Definitely a piece of paradise.

This place has amazing views and you can easily walk to the beach and restaurants.
