This spacious, centrally air-conditioned two-bedroom, two-bath condo (1025 square feet plus large lanai with table and chairs) has one of the most breathtaking panoramic ocean views in Waikiki, plus an unobstructed Diamond Head view from the lanai and a spectacular ocean view from main bedroom and living room. The extra-large lanai with table and chairs stretches the full length of the front of the condo affording wonderful outside dining opportunities, panoramic ocean and Waikiki shoreline views, and fabulous sunsets! Sleeps Max 4 Guests (including children 3+ years old).
Waikiki Beach Tower is in the heart of Waikiki — an easy stroll to many casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rental equipment can be found just across the street at world famous Waikiki Beach which has a seawall that forms a giant, wave-free pool (excellent for small children).

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

We had a fabulous experience at the Koloa cottage property. It was ideally located with a huge yard and lanai wrap around. Our host paid attention to the details and thought of everything we could need. Our family of 4 was able go snorkel, boogy board, go for long walks and runs. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even supplied a drying rack for our clothes to air dry. We would definitely come back and stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us in 2 hours early. Lovely view of Waikiki Beach. Air conditioner was out for three and a half days. Once it was fixed, everything was perfect.
The views were incredible! The lanai was a favorite place to hang out. Walking distance to everything needed. We had a very relaxing time.
Property is on the 36th floor with stunning views from the balcony. It was comfortable, fully equipped, - towels, W/D, dishwasher. The pool and hot tub were a plus. The only problem was noise coming from construction in an area several floors down, but directly below this condo. This ruined the tranquil vibe. The beach is directly across the street but was very crowded. Property is conveniently located, there are restaurants, ABC convenience stores and a Target in walking distance.
We had a perfect stay. The view was incredible from the huge Lanai. The Valet was super efficient. They had water fill stations on the pool floor and the lobby. Just steps to the beach.
The property is clean and comfortable. The views from the deck and condo are amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were very clean. Hope to be back!

Beautiful views, lots of fun stuff to do. Clean apartment. A few issues: washer and drier suck. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and arranged strangely. Water pressure in showers is awful and drain in both showers has to be taken out for water to drain

You have a view to your left of diamond head all the way to your right, the “pink hotel” and beyond! Absolutely the best and the sunsets were spectacular! You literally walk out of the building and cross the street and you’re on the beach! The condo was clean and had everything you needed. If you’re there for a longer stay, you might need to replenish a few things but that’s not a problem with ABC stores right next door! We loved driving around the island stopping at all the beaches and shaved ice places but we’d have to say that mopeding was one of our top 3 favorite things to do! (The place we rented from is right around the corner!) The instructions to get into the condo were easy and clear. We had a great response time from the management when we had a few questions and we would, without reservation, recommend this condo to our family and friends! Mahalo nui loa!!

We were able to chill on the balcony each night with a view of the ocean/beach and diamondhead all in one! Very nice condo and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Walked to Dukes and many places to eat in the area.
If you are looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Waikiki, look no further. Stunning unobstructed views from the water to diamond head and beyond. The check in process was simple and the valet service was a nice touch. The unit itself was clean and well maintained and had everything our family if three needed.
