LUCKY YOU! Breathtaking Ocean and Diamond Head Views! Steps to Beach! Parking

Great view of the ocean. Room would be perfect for a family. The location was difficult to find and the directions were poor. Getting into the room proved challenging with its weird security system. Additionally, the WiFi and tvs were difficult to turn on/manage. Finally, one of the patio doors/sliders was broken so that was unfortunate. All in all, I think it was “fine” but I’ll probably stay someplace else next time.

We loved our stay here, the condo was clean, it was great to have two bedrooms two bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit, the view was wonderfully beautiful of the beach ocean and diamond head. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Having valet parking included was also an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was spectacular and the location was just perfect for what we had to do here in Oahu.

I’ve stayed at multiple locations at Waikiki Towers in previous years and this one was a little dated but I do realize it’s not easy to update things given the remote location. Very comfortable though and incredible views as described. Location is great and close to everything.

The most spectacular thing about this property is the location directly across the street from Waikiki Beach. A close second is the unobstructed views from the lanai of the ocean and sunsets. You are within walking distance of literally dozens of restaurants, stores, sites, the zoo, etc.. Communication with our property manager was effortless with quick responses. It was wonderful to have a kitchen and access to filtered water and ice cubes on demand for the multiple outings we did.(bring your reusable water bottles, and you will save a ton of money.) The staff at the Waikiki Towers were personable, interactive, and extremely helpful. The grounds are impeccably maintained. We had four beach chairs and and when we noticed one was broken, our property manager brought one over immediately that was brand new. We had plenty of beach towels and regular bath towel towels . The stackable washer and dryer is small however it was wonderful to have access to that for the week. We always had plenty of hot water. King size bed was great! Just a few comments. The air-conditioning system was quite loud and rattled frequently though kept us nice and cool. I did reach out about a repair however, I was worried that if something was wrong and the part could not be obtained that we would have no air-conditioning at all. Just something to be aware of. The property could use a bit of updating and there were a few areas needing painting, and the caulking around the bathtubs could be replaced.

Great location and the view is spectacular. Parking and valet are such a plus. The unit was clean the kitchen had everything we could need. It's probably time for a newer style pod coffee maker.

The view of the beach was exceptionally breathtaking!

The view is truly incredible and helped us with ignoring some of the areas that were run down. Upon entering the unit the carpet is ripped, a wall that had been repaired but not repainted, and areas around door handles had dirty hand prints on doors. Other than those things, we found the rest of the place to be very clean and as described. Communication was excellent and location and view cannot be beat. Staff in the building were very friendly.

We loved the room, lots of space and a beautiful view. This is our second time in the beach tower, and we loved this room.

Me and my children had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful with beautiful views. Overall experience is we will definitely be back.Communication with the property manager was great as well and staff was friendly and helpful as well.

From start to finish everyone was exceptional. Easy to book, property site manager was quick and helpful, the staff at the condo were incredibly nice and helpful and the condo was very clean and beautiful. Thank you for a great stay!!

Great place to stay!

View was breathtaking

Everything was great beside from the false alarm incident during our stay. Staff were all very friendly. The apartment location is very centralized, quiet, and clean. In term of improvement, there are a few items related to the apartment that I believe can be improved:1. I did not sleep very well during my stay since the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very noisy and it did not seem produce cool air in the morning. It would also be nice if the master bedroom air controller can be inside the room instead of outside. 2. There is no door or curtain separating the master bedroom from the bathroom area. This is a bit of an inconvenience for privacy.

Everything was great. Had a bit of trouble with the lock on the door but I think it was my error. Byron was very accommodating. The condo was very clean. But the view was spectacular. Just WOW! Was our first time in Hawaii and this was an added perk

We were blown away by our beautiful accomodations and service! And if that wasn't enough - the stunning view of Waikiki left us speechless. We reveled in the ambiance of it all and savor our wonderful memories. Thank You!!

The view from the balcony was amazing at Lucky One! The air conditioning worked great and kept us nice and cool. There were plenty of towels and paper products supplied. Checkin was very easy as was checkout. Great location! Super close to the beach and other amenities. The condo could stand to be updated. Having carpet in the condo next to the beach gave it a musty smell.

Great views and a great stay

Our first trip to Honolulu was fantastic, much of which is attributed to the condo. We found it to be the perfect location and the view could not be better. Instructions prior to arriving were well communicated so we didn’t need to contact the host during our stay. Although Byron was great to deal with upon arrival. Would definitely stay at the condo again. What a great place!

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot.Only disappointing thing was, no tv working in the spare bedroom where grandma was sleeping.

The view from the condo is worth a million dollars. It is literally right across the street from the ocean. There are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs and towels. There is easy access to the condo and parking is also provided. The condo can use some upgrades but it is lovely , just not brand new but that did not bother us in the least. The balcony is gorgeous and faces the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful beachfront views, friendly staff, good amenities. 2nd bedroom has a fold out bed and tv in closet so very little room to put clothes. Luggage had to be next to bed. Condo could use an update, but everything was clean and usable.

This was such a beautiful property close to many restaurants and beautiful beaches. The property management was amazing at getting us in the room quick and helping us with all our needs.

The place is clean with extra towels and bedding. Check in/out is super simple. All questions are answered via text in about 15 min.

All upholstered cushions stained and flat. No support from cushion. Chairs sank to uncomfortably low. Many hinges on the cabinets are short and need to be replaced as they do not close properly. Two beds were uncomfortable and bedding did not fit.Towel ring missing in master bath. New one under cabinet - ya think they could have installed it. Shades frayed and one was off roll making it difficult to open/close. Kitchen well painted. Great location and views. Booked in May. Pool was under refurbishing, but was supposed to be finished by July. Will not be finished until November. AWEFUL. INC

This unit is in the center of everything. We were able to walk to anything we did in Waikiki. And the views were amazing. We had breakfast each morning on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. The staff were always helpful with any questions or needs.

Reviewer Comments: Hawaii's Honolulu was flooding the first 4 days of our stay. We found tourist activities unbelievably expensive. The only thing that made our vacation was the condo on the 23rd floor. The condo was spectacular. After the monsoon the view from the 23rd floor balcony was breathtaking, with fabulous sunsets to the right and a huge view of Diamond Head on the left. We took a few drives, ate at some exotic restaurants and a couple off the beaten path. They were okay. The condo was the saving star of our trip!

I was pleasantly surprised just how much we loved this condo. It was very clean and close to just about anything you need. It has a perfect swim beach right across the street that was enjoyed daily as well as casual and upscale restaurants within walking distance. We usually stay at a more secluded island, but if you want a great place to stay in Waikiki, this is it.

The view was as amazing as the photos! Location was perfect. Byron quickly answered any questions we had. We did not use the washer/dryer but everything else was great. We utilized the beach chairs/towels which were very convenient! We had five adults celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We would definitely stay here again! Did I mention the views!

What an amazing experience we had! From the beginning of our stay with communication that was timely and friendly, to the valet experience with staff who were so friendly and professional! Our room was spectacular. The views were something you could enjoy 24-7 sitting anywhere in the condo. The location was centralized for easy walking access to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. I honestly could not find anything of issue with our stay. Would definitely come back to stay here.

Nice property, well located. Enjoyed our visit. Management was very responsive to issues that arose and quickly resolved them. Byron was excellent! The view is wonderful. This specific unit is nice, but a little dated. Would consider returning for a future visit.

The pool area was out of commission and we didnt have great communication before checking in. The people working at the resort was AWESOME!!!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here and the location cannot be better. Walking distance to everything! The valet guys were superb and made having a car easy. Checkin was super simple. The unit itself is tired but functions fine for what we needed. Cabinets were falling apart, washer is tiny and can only handle a few things at a time. The listing showed a pool which was closed for our entire vacation which was disappointing.

The location of this condo was the absolute best! Beach a few steps from the front door, many restaurants within walking distance, activities galore, and super friendly staff 24/7. The view from the lanai is simply stunning! Checkin was a breeze with check in instructions texted before we even landed! Other than a few minor flaws (broken cabinet hinge and one ceiling issue) and the pool not being open (it was a construction zone), the condo was in tip top shape and well stocked with everything we needed. Parking onsite was also a plus. The location overshadowed any issues we had. Would definitely recommend, but check on the pool availability.
