Beach view was amazing, room was clean and had everything we needed. Additional towels would have been nice. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The twin beds in the one room were very small, but it worked out. We loved this property and would stay here again.

This condo was amazing for our family trip. My oldest son was playing in the Polynesian Bowl this week and myself, my wife, my youngest son, and mother in law were spending the week in Honolulu for the game. I did t want to stay in the team hotel because I wanted more space and the ability to cook meals to make the trip a little more economical. The space in the condo was incredible. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the 19th floor. The beach is literally across the street and this beach is protected by a sea wall so very safe for my 9 year old. Condo is right in the strip in Waikiki and you can walk to a tin of restaurants and shops. The space in the condo was ideal for my family and never felt cramped or crowded. Great pool and hot tub on The 4th floor. Valet guys were great and helpful. Our flight didn’t leave until 9:30 PM and checkout was at 11. The valet lets you store your bags with them and you have access to the 4th floor amenities the rest of the day including the pool, hot tub, and gym facilities. We went exploring all day and then were able to come back and utilize the 2 private shower rooms in the 4th floor to shower and freshen up before our flights back. Would highly recommend! Space and staff were superb!

Giving it 4.5 out of 5 stars.The unit has amazing views of the beach and ocean. It’s in a great location with a good place for breakfast (Eggs n Things) and a McDonald’s right downstairs. The bellman and the staff were courteous and the property manager was on the ball. There are a lot of nice extra touches like beautiful doors and modernized kitchen. (The building itself is like most of them on Waikiki Beach — on the older side). Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus. The air conditioners are not new, and they were noisy, especially when on max. Oahu was hot in late July and early August, so we adjusted by setting them on high during the day and low during the night. This was useful for masking the traffic noise (since it’s right off the main drag), and helping us sleep better.I am deducting half a star because there was a moist, wet-dog like smell in the unit. Over time it went away in most of the areas (presumably from running the a/c). But in the 2nd bedroom that never disappeared. Thankfully the person in our group who was sleeping in the bedroom was able to eventually adjust and ignore it.

The condo had a very bad odor. Maybe mold or mildew. I was worried about a potential health issue.

All three beds were in good shape as were the appliances and cookware. The balcony can be a little tight with all 4 of us coming and going, but the view is great. The best aspect of the condo were the building staff who were so helpful and friendly. They made us feel like residents versus tourists. The location is good to walk, shop, and eat in the southern half of Waikiki. My only complaint is the beach or lack of one in front of the condo. There is just a very narrow strip of sand like 30 feet wide and it was very crowded. This is more of a complaint of Waikiki Beach than the condo. We ended up driving to the north and east sides of Oahu to go to nicer and less crowded beaches. However, if you want to surf, Waikiki Beach is great. I would recommend the condo to others.

Great property, 19th floor great views. The building has an excellent valet parking. My family had a lot of room in this two-bedroom apartment.The beach, shops and restaurants are all in a walking distance

The building is right across the street from the beach. 19th floor has a great view. Unit is both great and in need of a few fix ups. Stayed 3 nights prior to boarding the NCL Pride of America cruise. Great for or group of 4.

The tower is secure as you actually need a key fob to operate the elevators. The valets are very helpful and friendly. I called the manager to ask for kitchen towels and he had them delivered to our door within a couple of hours. We ordered food to be delivered from restaurants and we ordered some other products and there were no problems with receiving them. Be sure to use the jacuzzi on site. You can easily walk to many restaurants, the beach, and the International Market. It’s only necessary to rent a car when you want to venture outside of the city. Enjoy the view!

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We were traveling with our 12 year old son for a family vacation. This property was perfect for us. The location of this condo provided walking access to the beach, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The 19th floor gave a perfect view of the ocean. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We would stay at this condo again.

We traveled to honolulu on a family vacation. This rental was perfect. It overlooked Waikiki beach and was surrounded by tons of shops, restaurants, and something for everyone in our family, from teenagers to grandparents.

The property was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. They were able to roam the town area, grab coffee and hangout at the beach. Valet service was super friendly and helpful.

It was just as promised nice having chairs for the beach and towels and extra roll out bed easy walk to beach and everything else pool was non functional but we received a credit for that

It has a very nice kitchen with lots of pots and pans and utensils but strangely had only large heavy dinner plates and bowls with no small or medium plates for lunches, etc. But the biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tup were closed for renovation and the construction noice was annoying all day. We would not have booked this condo had we known this in advance.

The property is in a great location and all staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The view was amazing from the porch. The property itself was in need of many repairs, one of which was the AC. It wasn’t working/cooling properly, and in need of a deep clean (lint and dirt hanging inches out from the air vent). Several of the shelves in the refrigerator were cracked and unusable. In the second bathroom, the towel bar was hanging from the wall and the shower towel hook was missing. Threshold in one area was taped down with medical tape. Pool was closed. Would not stay there again.
