This property was exceptional and a blessing! It was wonderfully supplied and perfect for us as an upper 60’s couple traveling with our 34 year old son. Ultra clean and location was perfect to walk to restaurants, Waikīkī and International Market. Having a parking spot included was a great extra! Jane was very attentive to any need we had and we absolutely appreciated this unique opportunity to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation at this exceptional location and property! Mahalo!!!

Great location and perfect for our vacation. Jane and Mario made sure we had everything we needed including a futon for one of our kiddos. We had a late flight in and were able to buzz us in with no issues. The washer and dryer were a big win for us washing clothes twice during our stay. The parking spot is also a big win. Yes, the garage is tight but we easily fit in the spot with our Mazda cx5 rental car. You are just a short walk from Waikīkī beach, steps away from target at the international market and have views of the Ala Wai Canal. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location to lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. Having a parking spot was a big plus but would recommend intermediate or compact car as spot is small. Condo was clean and enjoyed having washer/dryer.

Clean, well equipped with extras. Bed was comfortable but smaller than we’re used to! Overall excellent accommodation.

Nicely kept, well equipt, clean and conveniently located unit. Reasonably priced. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Car parking is narrow, but it's a huge bonus. 10 min walking to the beach. The owner is very cooperative and response to our enquiry almost instantly. Very happy with our stay!

Place is walking distance to downtown area where there are tons of shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the beach. The condo owner was very nice and texted us with updates at the building that were time sensitive. The directions we were given were easy to understand and we had a great time

Well located being walking distance to everything in Waikiki. Nice touches with beach toys and bogie boards. Can’t wait go back.

Property was in a great spot! Still recommend rental car to see the rest of the island but plenty of places to see and eat are within walking distance. Snorkel gear and other beach items were a great bonus to have without having to purchase or rent elsewhere.

This was an amazing place to stay. Very close to the International Market as well as Waikīkī Beach. We walked to eating, shops and the beach every day. Very safe at night. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and looking at the mountains. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. We appreciated that the unit had beach chairs, etc that were available for us to use. We had a rental car so the free parking spot was much appreciated. Love this unit and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at this renovated condo was good. Having a washer/dryer in unit was a great amenity. As well as a nice/well stocked kitchen! The parking space was perfect. Easy instructions and easy stay! The building is a little older and elevator waits were a bit long at times but not a major inconvenience as they are under repair, so expect should be resolved soon. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze & sunsets! We did encounter an issue and the host, Jane, was very accommodating and quickly helpful. Unit is a few blocks from beach, a block from shopping, etc. and an easy commute to airport. Recommend adding a ceiling fan for the bedroom. Overall, our stay was great and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Oahu!

Very nice, clean and updated condo near Waikiki. Lots to see and do within walking distance. The host is easy to communicate with and friendly. Off street parking is a plus. Nice rooftop swimming pool and common area with bbq grills.

Hosts were responsive and accommodating, property was clean and ready for early check-in, offered convenient extras like beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/snorkeling equipment/etc. and was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We Appreciated tnat this unit provided a parking space, full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Jane always responded to my questions and worked with me to check in early. You may need to rent a smaller car since the space is between 2 poles. The unit provided multiple cooking appliance and condiments.

This was a great vacation rental for my wife and I. We were close to all attractions where food and activities were in walking distance. We did rent a car, but the location was close to the highway to make traveling easy.

Enjoyed stay

Loved our stay at Jane's apartment. Everything was set up beautifully for us as guests: super clean apartment, a full size washer and dryer, complete kitchen, air conditioning (although there were many days we didn't need it with the trade winds), and many extras if we were beach people. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Oahu.

Pros: hosts were nice and provided good communication, a lot of space, plenty of linens and towels, laundry, balcony, paper towels and toilet paper, comfy bed, free parking, overall clean condo. Cons: cockroaches were present especially at night despite keeping all of our food in the fridge and making sure the dishes were washed and counters were cleaned. We understand that the building has a pest control issue based on the signs posted and the host has informed us that they spray the unit and leave baits out, however not having to stress about cockroaches on our vacation would have been a better situation.

The condo is in a perfect location and has all the amenities you could want. Super clean and comfortable. Check in and out process were super easy!

Other than a few roaches which we are told is normal, we enjoyed staying there very much.

Although the owner was great, her son tried to blame the pest issue due to our location. Cockroaches and baby ones at that signify an issue. After notifying them that I have a toddler and a brother in law highly allergic, they decided it was ok for me to leave the premises. I am appreciative that all my money was refunded after asking as we had to find a hotel last minute and pay significant fees. I think better communication of knowing you have a pest issue (hence the multiple cockroach bait we found) may be better for future guests.

This was our third time staying in jane and Mario’s unit and it was great. So happy to be in a clean, spacious and central location especially with two little ones. Communication was also very efficient with very clear easy to follow instructions. Mahalo for yet another great vacation!

The property was in the perfect location! Walking distance to Waikiki beach, international marketplace, park, etc. Most definitely recommend! Parking spot an added plus!

We loved this apartment because of its central location and many amenities such as parking, A/C, fully equipped kitchen, washer & drier, 2 TVs, and beach towels, cooler, umbrella, and chairs. The view from the balcony facing the mountain was relaxing. On top of that, Jane was very responsive and attentive during our entire stay, even letting us extend our departure time to accommodate our flight schedule. We had a better experience compared to a hotel. We’d stay again and recommend this property.

Couldn't ask for a nice place for the price. Same price as nearby hotels, but triple the space. The full size laundry was awesome. Pool on roof really cool and never crowded. 1 block away from stores and bus stops, and just 3 blocks from the beach.

Awesome place, clean, quiet, friendly owner. Would absolutely recommend!
