Just Remodeled (January 2025) High Level Ocean View Condo, Free parking & Wi-Fi
The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.
This 37th floor condo has spectacular views of the Ocean and Diamond Head and is only a few blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a large island and stools for all your dining needs. We want you to sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that includes pull-out sofa and Cable TV. The lanai also has a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee watch the sun rise over Oahu!
This unit has a great bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and an amazing view of Diamond Head from the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off the bedroom includes all you need in a bathroom and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach! Coin Operated washers and dryers are located a few doors down the hall.
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.
This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!
*Please Note: The Waikiki Banyan will be remodeling their 6th floor recreation deck starting mid 2025. At which time, certain amenities like the swimming pool and hot tubs will not be available. All time frames are estimated.
**Please Note: The Waikiki Banyan strictly enforces the 6 foot parking height limitations. Please pay attention to the vehicle that you are renting to ensure that you will have parking inside the vehicle.

Most of our condos at Koko Resorts are located in the luxurious Waikiki Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Gave us the wrong key code and we had a hard time getting someone to answer our phone calls (even during business hrs). Only provided couple rolls of toilet paper for 9 days. No coffee pot, but coffee. Ran out of body wash in shower provided soap. Compared to other condos we have stayed at the Banyan...this was a poor experience. We love this area though so..we still enjoyed the trip. Much more expensive than our other stays.
This property was average at most. It says it has been recently upgraded but not entirely, some things are very old & falling apart like the room separating doors, carpet, balcony. There were very minimal things in condo (only 2 blankets for 3 beds), only 1 small towel rack for 4 ppl, no baking sheets for oven, a broken blender, empty salt & pepper. The floorboards were cheap & coming up as well. The unit was not clean upon arrival, floors dirty & sofa sandy. I have stayed with Koko Resorts before & feel they have really downgraded, providing less and less & charging extra or not even responding to inquiries. Disappointing
Place was remodeled and it was not finished. One towel bar for the whole bathroom. Floor tile were not flush and ripped some socks on corners that were not stable and raised. Mirror not placed in bathroom and caulking was shown not finished. I had to reclean the dresser and all the dishes since they were covered with dust from the remodel. Hot spot wifi available Tuesday when we checked in on Sunday and real WiFi completed on Tuesday. Though I had to call to get the password since it was different than the book left in the room. No space for food that we bought, I had to rearrange the kitchen to accommodate. Only good thing was they didn’t cancel my booking and the parking was included. We had to hang our beach towels and bathroom towels on the chairs of the dining room table.
The condo was exactly as described. Clean and nice and the view was beautiful.
Overall - ok, but here is my list of complains. Location is nice, but due to the labor strike it was noisy up to 10pm. Check in - it was nightmare to figure out how third party site works to get an access key. No proper instruction where to park the car. Cleanness - so so, shades are dirty and smelly. Was hard to find a clean blanket. Issue with A/C to pull out water, balcony is slippery and dangerous. WiFi info doesn’t work. Not connection. Knives are numb and broken. The is a safe locker BUT no keys to use it. The most important for me the property information doesn’t reflect an up to date info. It listed sauna but it is under reconstruction since March (half year misinforming!!!). Checkout - separate instruction exits in the property and ask more than described on VRBO.
One block away from the beach. This unit has a beautiful view of the o ran and of the mountains. Management was very responsive dive and quick to reply to our queries!
