When I signed up for this place I thought I was getting the nice place pictures like in the VRBO website. It was not like the pictures. This place needs major updating. Cons: 1- Not enough outlets (whatever outlets there were, we’re loose) 2- bathroom was completely different from photos. More run down than ever 3 - broken window curtains. Lots of tears 4 - outdated carpet
The property itself was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was hospitable, friendly, & professional. Our first “room” (studio apartment, really) had atrocious and ancient mattresses. Since the room is furnished by the owner of the studio and not the management one is subject to chance on the condition of the studio or the quality of the furnishings. Luckily for us the staff at the front desk were very helpful and found us a studio with modest but acceptable mattresses, so our stay recovered from what would have been a miserable week. I’m spouse and I agreed that we would not stay here again since the quality is subject to random chance. In a future visit to Oahu we stay half as long at a place twice the price. YMMV.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very amazing service and very nice rooms !!!
