Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

The only issue we had was that the code for the door did not work. I called and they said they would send someone to fix it. I waited about an hour before someone came and they reprogrammed the box.
The living room and kitchen area had ample amounts of space for you to hang out. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was fine, with the exception that you have to leave one door (dual entry bathroom) 1/4 open for ventilation. The balcony was very spacious and had a (small) view of the ocean and a view of Diamond Head. It was located only 2 short blocks from the Waikiki Beach. There isn't much closet space and only a 4 drawer dresser, but it was enough space for what we brought. There was free parking, so that is a major plus in Waikiki. I do have a few complaints, but some of the issues are minor. The first is that the elevator was very slow and come check in time, the elevators are jam packed. We learned that if you are coming from the parking garage, take the elevator down to the lobby first and then take the elevator up to your floor. The second is that the pool was under maintenance for almost our entire stay. This doesn't really matter for us since we could just go to the beach, but for people like my son who wanted to still wanted to swim after we got back from the beach, it wasn't an option. Third, we were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper between 3 adults and 1 child. You could ask for a refill, but only on the 4th day. The arrival packet stated that we would be provided with 2 rolls and 1 roll of paper towels and when I called we were on the 3rd day and they said they could only bring it the next day, which they never did. Otherwise, the stay was overall fine.
Nice apartment. Great A/C, nice view of pool, quiet at night, nice pool and hot tub. 2 blocks, 7 min walk to the Kuhio Beach. Fairly well equipped kitchen. NEGATIVE: need a bigger and better non sticking frypan, the current one is deteriorated. Need a better plug for the sink, had to use pliers to get it out, needs better floor sweeping and washing before guest arrival and finally needs blinds in the bedroom as the current white thin curtains let too much light in and in full daylight by 6am which disturb our sleep.... otherwise a great place and good underground parking. Would stay here again
Front exterior was beautifully tropical. Balcony was pleasant with the view of the pool, recreation area. Interior met our needs when within. Overall we were satisfied!
walk distance to beach - chairs and umbrella provided, free parking, enough room for 4, clean, nice toilet with washlet (!), shower is ok. minor cons - balcony close to bbq area on 6th floor and smoke is often present in evening air. Though meat lovers would take it a plus...
