Great Ko'olau Mountain views from this deluxe air-conditioned one-bedroom vacation rental suite (533 sq.ft. plus lanai with table and 2 chairs)! 4-person max.
The Waikiki Banyan is a favorite of repeat visitors with its host of amenities including a pool, hot tubs, BBQ area, and more. All this and just a short 2-block walk to beautiful Waikiki Beach, plus shops, restaurants, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and Kapiolani Park! Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.
*BUILDING NOTE: The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for renovations from April 7, 2025–May 17, 2026. Work hours will be restricted to 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Noise is expected. Work dates are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Overall satisfied with the property, with a couple of tweaks it would have been excellent. Would stay again, with some caveats.
The kitchen was neat and clean. It would have been nice to have more than one teaspoon.
Nicely decorated. A little limited on cooking utensils
We stayed for a week. Location, accommodations, and parking was perfect for what we needed. My only complaint was that the community pool and playscape was not available due to constructions. AC unit was really loud. If it wasnt for another guest who's really hot natured, I wouldnt even turn it on at night.
Always able to find parking in the garage. Property Management was excellent with same-day solution to a non-working electrical outlet. Brand new elevators made it super quick to the 26th floor and back. Management texted us with instructions for ease of arrival, including entry code for the room.. Everything we needed was in the room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking apparatus we could possibly use.
Had everything we needed to cook our own meals, even storage containers for leftovers. Property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Property was clean, well supplied, close to the beach with easy access. Check in/out was seamless.
The condo was perfect for our family of 4 which included our adult/teenage kids. We had room to spread out, was great to have a full kitchen and the unit was nicely reno’d. Parking is included which was a real bonus. Location is close to beach and a bit further on one end from most of the restaurants and shops but we didn’t mind the walk, not too far though, maybe 15 min walk. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again!

The kitchen was well stocked with cookware (rice cooker, decent pots and pans, tools) the beds were very comfortable, the furniture was well kept and the location was perfect. Having access to parking, laundry, a cute little coffee shop on site made it even better.I do have a few suggestions that would make the stay better for the next guest. Please consider sharpening the kitchen knives-dull knives are more dangerous to use, besides being difficult. Shorten the shower liner so people don’t step on it while showering; it’s too long. Lastly, although everything was clean upon arrival, the kitchen and bathroom could use a deep clean. Cabinets, walls and baseboards looked a little ignored.Overall, this is a terrific place to stay!
Very affordable, clean, and convenient stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Waikiki. Love the beautiful Mountain View from the balcony and it’s just high enough up to where you can’t hear the traffic. Unit was very clean and A/C works great. My only complaint would be the long time it takes sometimes for an elevator, but this is no flaw on the host’s end, as the building is undergoing construction. Lots of stuff provided that came in handy such as beach chairs and towels, umbrella, and laundry soap. Will definitely stay again!
