Reviewer Comments: My wife was what did you book when she seen the elevators and hallways, looks like they just painted and the walls were bare no pictures or anything. The elevators had padding on the walls. They are doing updating and the pads was to keep the wall protected from the construction crews. (I would recommend them just use one of the three elevators for the construction crews. and take the padding off the other two) The rental was everything we needed and was awesome. The free parking was the big selling factor.

Great quiet apartment for our stay. Loved the supply of fresh bath and beach towels. Bathroom could have been cleaner from some stray hairs but besides that everything was great.

The king bed was really uncomfortable (very hard on back). Found mouldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, needed to buy vinegar to give a deep clean. But overall it was great to have a beautiful view of the mountains.The elevators were very busy, kinda a pain getting up and down.

Nice place to stay, very convenient location with a short walk to the beach. Parking was easy and on site. Clean apartment with good AC. No complaints!

Over the years, we’ve stayed in multiple condos with this one being by far the cleanest. The mater bed was perfect as well as the queen bed in the couch. All the linens were clean, no stains nothing. The free parking was a huge bonus, even though there is no need for a car as everything is 5 minutes away.Thanks we will be going back at some point.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this lovely condo unit. Space is as pictured and described. Nice view of mountains from balcony and bedroom window. No issues with elevators during our stay.

It was clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The Banyon was a nice complex and we loved the pool hot tub and play structure. We hope to return someday. We recommend this rental.

This did allow us to spend more time soaking in the views and doing different things but on days when weather was poor or when we had spare time we thought watching a movie would’ve been quite fun. Unfortunately there wasn’t a way for us to utilize a streaming service on the TV.

Clean. Close to the beach. It was really nice to have a parking spot; which was one of the reasons we booked here. We had good communication with the manager. We were able to check in an hour early. No dishwasher or washer/dryer. There were beach chairs and towels provided that we used. There is also a nice sized cooler on wheels available but we didn't use it. Not related to the rental itself but ... The elevators are very slow. One did not work the whole time we were there. At times there was a line to use the elevators. Was disappointed in the pool area. They are renovating some of the facility so it was a little messy and taped off. They were painting the halls when we left.

This property was centrally located in Waikiki with shops, restaurants and the beach all within a 5-10 minute walk.

The kitchen was well stocked. And the location was very convenient to the beach and the main Waikiki resort area without being right in the busy area. The service from the property managers at Captain Cook Resorts was prompt, friendly, and had everything set-up for an easy check-in and check-out experience. After staying in numerous AirBnbs, having professionals who truly know how to manage a condo and anticipate guest needs was a wonderful experience. We would happily stay in this condo again!

I travel to Oahu to visit my child while he is attending U of H Manoa. I love staying at Waikiki Banyon because the location is central to everything you could want or need but just a bit back from the beach and the noise of the main business area. I loved this unit because it was clean and updated. The bed was super comfy and a bonus was the door had a safety lock, which traveling alone, I appreciate. Parking is easy and the check in process was smooth and communication was great. I will be staying here again!

mountain view is excellent. you can view diamond head. we saw full rainbowl more than once.the unit we stayed is next to the elevator which gives a continuous high pitch but low volume noise. parking on the upper floor is recommended.
