The Space:
Morning light filters across the 18th-floor lanai as mountain silhouettes rise beyond Waikiki’s rooftops. A steady island breeze drifts through wide windows while the city hums gently below. Evenings bring glowing skyline views and the calm of returning to your own high-rise retreat after a day by the shore.
Sleeping arrangements
This 1-bedroom condo accommodates up to 4 guests and is located in Waikiki Banyan Tower 2. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and features 1 queen bed and 1 full-size bed. In the living room, a pull-out sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. Linens, extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and room-darkening shades help you settle in comfortably.
Living space
The open layout is air-conditioned with a window AC unit and portable fans to keep things comfortable in Honolulu’s consistent tropical climate. Relax with a 42-inch HDTV with standard cable, or connect easily with Wifi and an Ethernet connection for remote work or streaming. The condo is single level with no stairs in the home and elevator access in the building.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home and opens directly to the living and dining area. A dining table offers space to gather, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or winding down after a beach day. Cooking basics and essentials are provided for convenience.
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination along with bathroom essentials and fresh towels. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, and a laundromat is located nearby.
Outdoor living & amenities
Step onto the private patio or balcony to take in mountain, canal, and golf course views above the city. The building offers shared amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor playground, shared BBQ grill, and EV charger. Please note the pool and hot tub are under renovation until May 2026. Beach essentials are available for your shoreline outings.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
• A large heated swimming pool
• Three brand-new hot tubs
• A brand-new sauna
• All new loungers and daybeds
• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating
• A children’s playground
• A full tennis and play court
Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

Beautiful apartment, super responsive, great location!!
Good parking options, nice room. Responsive host. Toilet made a high pitched noise that made us all wake up during the night. Absolutely annoying.
Beautiful view. Spacious room and easy check-in and out. The lobby was pretty and the location was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The garage parking was a nice bonus.

Checking in was fine, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived 9 hours behind schedule. The apartment is in one of the older hotels. We made it to the apartment around 9;30 PM, got the parking tag and security key with no issues. We finally made it inside, set our things down and tried to leave to go get food, and we were locked in! The door lock had apparently broken from overtime stress just as we entered the apartment! I messaged the apartment manager with no response, so I found their helpdesk number and called. They kept telling me it was working on their end even when I was telling them we were trapped inside! I had to send pictures and videos to them. It was insanity! 3 or 4 hours, a locksmith, and a completely taken apart door lock later, the locksmith was finally able to get us out snd installed a manual lock he had in his truck so that we could at least sleep. It was right around 2 am by then. For the next few days they kept messayme about the damn door and the lock and they wanted to come change it, then fiix the door, the oh the door needs to be replaced but that will take 3 days so we will actually wait. Very stressful to say the least!The room divider is a set of sliding doors, not solid.The garage has a low ceiling, any rental car needs to be shorter than 6 ft.The apartment is on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki, most of the tourist spots and newer buildings are on the opposite side. Easy walk, easy beach access. Lulu’s is a must!

Pictures made it seem nicer than it was. More like a hotel room with a living room and kitchen. Great location but limited towels and washclothes. Was clean and conveniently located.
We really enjoyed staying here! The view from our room was beautiful and it was just like the pictures! We really enjoyed the coffee shop down stairs and the short walk to Waikīkī beach. The restaurants and food trailers near by were awesome too. This location is a short walk to all of Waikiki attractions. It was quiet in the evenings and parking was easy.

Our stay was so pleasant here! I would 100% stay here again! It was a beautiful spot, kitchen was well stocked, and the views were super pretty! There was some road noise, but it was not bad. The only downside to this property was the elevators do take a long time to go up and down, especially with so many floors.
This could have gone badly such that my code to get in to the rental was not working and we had a very late arrival. I was nervous because it was after hours. But I texted the numbers from which I was receiving messages from and the team was so helpul even so late at night. They were able to help me and we got in. The unit was lovely. Clean, excellent location, supplies were there. We appreciated the beach chairs. Thank you for being supportive and the lovely place to stay.
I have stayed in several of these studio in this specific tower and this was the nice one yet!
This condo is a 3 minute walk from Waikiki beach which is great. The condo itself is adequate. The toilet often did not flush properly and the “fancy” seat was horrible ! There is nowhere to put suitcases and very little storage space. The view is of the canal but you can see the sunset . The kitchen is not well stocked but the sleeping area is fine. The building itself is nice but the check in process was confusing. It was definitely nice to have free parking. Overall it was not bad, but I would not recommend this place.

Location is about 2 blocks from Waikiki beach. Easy walk. Tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Free parking! Could use a few more hooks around condo to hang multiple towels and suits after day at the beach. May want to consider supplying 2 small beach chairs (backpack style).

Location was great, easy to come and go, close walk to the beach and the area we wanted to be near to. Zoo, shops, restaurants, and coffee all right there. Mini mart in the building came in handy too. Great for 2 adults and a 3 year old. We would stay here again!
